Resort is quiet , clean and comfortable to stay . If you plan to as a family with kids, this will be ideal as you have swimming pool , kid room and on weekend there are additional event or booth that will be organise at the beach beside the resort which save you time to travel out.
Bad side is the resort is rather far out to the city center or Nagoya area. I travel by grab to Nagoya taking me around 30-40minute each time .
Food spot is also rather limited on the resort and price is on the higher side compare to if you travel out to the city or malls to eat. You can order grab food though to have more option if you prefer to stay in yet find some different cuisine from Batam spot.
Timing for their shuttle bus to go to the city for weekday is also limited to one timing of 10am where they bring you to two malls and 3pm from the mall back to resort. Weekends will be good with more frequent bus timing to the mega Batam or Nagoya malls.
Overall if you like to chill in beach or resort area, this would be a good resort to stay in however if you are planning to head out frequently then it won’t be suitable as you need spend a lot on grab.

Location is very far away from Batam city, at least a 30mins drive away. Resort facilities were subpar, nothing much to do. Swimming pools quite basic. I asked for towels, and saw the guy took out towel from very old and dirty cupboard. Don’t even dare to use the towel to wipe my face. Ordered cocktail at the pool bar, the lady didn’t understood basic english, and i had to go back to check on my order 3x. End up the drink was served to me after it started raining and i was about to head back.
For kids, only one basic kid’s pool that’s about it. Kids playroom was also quite rundown..
Cleanliness wise, room was alright, but day to day you will see cleaning staff pushing their trolley parked outside the rooms with all the cleaning equipment exposed. At the restaurants, new cutlery were left lying there with houseflies all flying around, and not even covered up.

under expectation especially the beach.... towel looks very dirty... dark in color, hand towel also not clean..
having lunch at the restaurant ... food so so... request change the meal say cannot be change at all... not convenient to stay due to too far from town & shopping area...

The indoor facilities are cool, and there’s a lot of activity you can enjoy. love the ADV driving and Archery session. Except for the distance from the town Center , the rest are pretty cool!
