The hotel is quite remote and there is almost nothing around. You must have a means of transportation when traveling. The room is very large and has a holiday atmosphere. The hotel is also very beautiful. However, I personally think that the integrity of the hotel staff needs to be considered...

Without a doubt, the best thing about the hotel is its staff: kind, friendly and very efficient. As an example, the taxi we had ordered to go to the airport on the last day left us stranded and thanks to the young man at the reception we were able to arrive on time. There was no transfer available at the hotel, but he did us the enormous favor of calling people he knew to get us a ride. The facilities are amazing too. We were also lucky that there was little occupancy, so there were days when we were alone in the pool. Regarding cleanliness, it is true that it has been the cleanest hotel we have been to in Indonesia, but if you are looking for European cleanliness standards, you will not find them. The bathroom needed a good dose of anti-limescale and anti-rust.

What a fantastic place this is! We stayed in the hillside pool villa and have never seen a view like this before🤩 The room is super large and fully equipped. There is even a kitchenette. The bathroom is also spacious and has 2 showers, 2 sinks and a bath. The cleaning is very good every day and the bed sleeps wonderfully! The staff is super friendly and always there for you. What we also really liked is that the room service is included, so you don't have to leave your villa if you don't want to. You can even order a floating breakfast. We had a fantastic time here and will definitely recommend this beautiful place!

Unterkunft ansich ist sehr schön, alles ist wie beschrieben und auch das Essen ist wunderbar. Wir kamen von Bangsal Port; 2.5 Stunden Fahrt! Alles in allem eine sehr ruhige und abgelegene Anlage. Das Personal ist 1+ ! TOP! Speziell Nyoman & Elva sind super! Man braucht definitiv einen Scooter um etwas zu sehen, denn zu Fuß ist nichts erreichbar, außer die hauseigene Beachbar. Leider hatten wir einen Scooter über das Hotel gemietet, dieser war in grob fahrlässigem Zustand! Bremsen gingen nicht sonderlich gut, der vordere Reifen war platt und ein Spiegel fiel dauernd ab.. Echt ein sehr schlimmer Zustand und nicht sicher.. am Ende sollten wir dafür bezahlen… ein Mitarbeiter dort hat es jedoch mit dem Besitzer geregelt! Dennoch ein ungutes Gefühl und es hat uns ein wenig die Laune vermiest, denn man merkte auch, dass die Stimmung bei den MA dann etwas pessimistischer und genervter uns gegenüber wurde. Wir haben nach diesem Vorfall nichts mehr gemietet und waren somit nur mehr in der Anlage! Der Pool ist traumhaft schön und angenehm, auch das Restaurant ist super! Unterm Tag/ Nachmittag ist es am Strand leider nicht schön! der Strand ist sehr vermüllt und wenn das Meer sich zurückzieht, ist es voll mit Seegras und ja… Unmengen an Müll… Die Gegend ist OK, ein paar Warungs und viele Locals.. es gibt einige Strände aber man wird förmlich gezwungen die Touren vom Hotel zu buchen. Es gibt einfach keine anderen Möglichkeiten.. man merkt, dass das Hotel das auch weiß und deshalb sehr viel für alles verlangt. im Vergleich zu zB Bali sind die Preise oft 2-3 mal so hoch! Fahrt Port zum Hotel —＞ 800k/ Gili Fahrt mit Schnorcheln 700k / Essen Hauptspeisen ab 110k- eher 200k also man muss einfach wissen, dass das Niveau hier sehr viel höher ist. Frühstück ist mega! Portionen für lich sehr sehr groß, einfach zu viel .. und ich esse gerne gut und viel. Das war fast übertrieben. Sie meinen es jedoch nur gut. Manchmal ist das Geschirr nicht sauber gewaschen, Gebrauchsränder und Spuren an Gläsern, Tassen etc sind hier scheinbar normal. Wir haben uns entschieden, früher zurück nach Bali zu fahren, denn es gibt kaum etwas zu tun.Das Spa haben wir nicht genutzt, denn auch hier schrecken die Preise ab. Man kann sagn, dass man hier Ruhe findet, für uns war es am Ende leider nichts.. Essen und Anlage + Personal TOP! aber ansonsten leider eher enttäuschend. Schade!
