I booked this stay for my parent but unfortunately they were not comfortable. The room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, and there were many cockroaches. We hope the hotel can take this feedback seriously and work to improve cleanliness and overall comfort for future guests. Thank you.

I just make a call to ask to connect to sales and ask the contact person for the sales person and was suprised the ladies said we disconnect the phone first yah then will call you back without ask my number, this is very rude and dont have attitude as hotelier need to train how to talk with guest.very not recommendation
