No in house service like tea and food. Food provider charge food packaging and delivery extra. No sitting arrangement if you have reached before check in time.

There were multiple problems with the room. The tv didnt work
it took a lot of force to shut the door
the washroom didnt have an exhaust fan
the room wasnt clean when we entered
the intercom didnt work
the wifi does not have range on the floor my room was in (4th floor)
no lifts, had to climb the stairs
when i informed the staff to check the tv, he just disconnected the set top box and told me the tv is not working. The room latch is also very tight, so shutting the room requires a lot of force. Hotel staff was not available, i had to take my luggage downstairs myself. By stairs (since there are no lifts)

Terrible stay due to. 1) the room cleaning is very bad, the bath room is very dirty 2) breakfast included but not provided 3) wifi of room is not working
4) room accessories like towel are very usable and bathroom accessories are not provided
5) water bottle is also not provided. Only behaviour of staff is very good.

very bad hotel. Not recommended, especially with family. Look for other options. Don't judge a hotel seeing photographs posted on the web. The actual condition differs. When we checked in to the hotel, there was no water in the washroom. After repeated complaints, the water supply was restored. The room and washroom were dirty. The main door and the washroom door were without locks. We slept in the night with the main door open. No restaurant in the hotel. A decent restaurant is 2 kms away. The hotel is situated in a very congested colony (gali) with open sewers around. We could stay there for a night only. Next day early morning we checked out.
