Gorgeous waterfront space with multiple decks created for fun and relaxation on the Guadalupe river. Drink your morning coffee right outside one of the three top bedrooms that open directly to the balcony with a waterfront view. Play in the water with the paddle boards, kayaks, lily pad, and tubes that are included in your rental. Roast marshmallows around the fire pit or play a game of ping pong on the deck. When you get tired of being outside come on in and enjoy a round of poker or a board game. This is a river so water level will fluctuate depending on season and weather but pretty much what you see in the pictures is what you get! We are at about 5 feet out to 7 feet at the end of the dock.
