The location is great: five minutes' walk to the castle, seven minutes to the church, and within twenty minutes to the Roman aqueduct. The service staff are warm and considerate, and the hotel's barrier-free facilities are very good, making it convenient for guests in wheelchairs. Drive directly into the reserved hotel parking garage, the parking fee is 17 euros per night. Then there is a helicopter to reach the front desk on the second floor. Breakfast is on the first floor, which is quite rich in Europe. It costs 9 euros per person. (These are fees as of May 2023). It's a boutique hotel and worth recommending.

This hotel was a delight - we had a comfortable rooftop room with a lovely terrace overlooking the Alcázar. The staff were friendly and helpful. The decor and art work was beautiful and a great deal of thought has clearly been given to the hotel design. Breakfast was nicely laid out with a great choice of all the usual staples. We absolutely loved Don Felipe and can't recommend it highly enough.

Ubicación perfecta, en pleno casco. El personal de recepción super amable, nos dió un mapa y un montón de sugerencias y restaurantes que visitar. Acertó en todo. Las camas, no nos gustaron mucho pero las instalaciones del hotel, están muy bien. Coges parking, aparcar en esa zona, es una odisea y en Segovia todo está más o menos cerca. Tomarte algo es caro pero la ciudad tiene mucho encanto. Sí vuelvo, iría al mismo hotel.

Hotel Don Felipe is a wonderful little oasis in the middle of Segovia. Although the street is busy with tourists during the day, it quiets down for a good night’s sleep. There is a wonderful terrace with a view of the Alcazar. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of options.

Muy complicado para acceder en auto, poca disponibilidad de estacionamiento en el hotel y los alrededores bastantes caros, buffet muy escueto en cuanto a la variedad de alimentos, ubicado muy cerca del Alcázar y catedral, todo muy accesible
