Very unprofessional during check in. Talking on the phone with his friend while customers are waiting. I talked on the phone with the owner complaining about house duty about room cleaning. He accused me of not reading the brochure in the room. He said they do not even make the bed everyday. Very noisy working people am. Finally they did not mail me the correct amount of what I paid as receipt even though I e mailed them about the mistake. They did not even bother to respond

We drove past the hotel and decided to go in and see if they had a room for the night which they did - a great size room and bathroom with lovely amenities and a little balcony. The hotel is within easy walking distance of all the restaurants etc on the bay and the people who run it are so friendly although no English so again Google Translate came to the rescue. We left early the next morning so cannot comment on the breakfast but sure it would have been lovely!

Harika kahvaltı, taptaze ve çok lezzetli. Temizlik ve hizmet şahane. Merkeze yakın, ulaşım kolay, sürekli dolmuş. Deniz manzaralı. Sade ve keyifli bir oda. Bahçe deniz manzaralı, sakin, muhabbet ya da kitap okuma için ideal. Ayvalık'da sonbahar çok keyifli. Karamela da ayrı bir tat katıyor.

Ho prenotato una camera e ne ho avuta un'altra che costava meno e ho chiesto di poter fare colazione alle 8 invece che alle 9 .non e' stato possibile. Non ho avuto ne' il rimborso per la camera ne per la colazione....bastava una gentilezza e non allargare le braccia e fregarsene...i soldi te li avrei lasciati...mai piu' nel tuo hotel..e' come dormire in mezzo alla strada per la confusione e se ti tuffi nella "piscina" picchi la testa dall'altra parte....per non parlare della maniglia del bagno che mi e' rimasta in mano....

Konumu, mimarisi, odaları açısından güzel bir otel. Personel nazik ve ilgili. Kahvaltıları hoş. Ama otelde kaldığımız 2 gece boyunca sıcak su ile duş almak mümkün olmadı. Oda değiştirdik ama yine sabah sıcak su yoktu. Personel problem olmadığı konusunda ısrar etmesine karşın sıcak su yoktu. Bir ara yeteneklerimden şüphelenip musluğu her iki yönde de ayarlayıp suyu akıttım ama nafile. Bir de hijyen biraz sıkıntılıydı . İlk odada klozet kapağının menteşesi kırıktı, ayrıca nevresim lekeliydi. Değiştirilmesi talebimize önce nevresimsiz yorgan geldi (lekeli) sonra noral bir yorgan bulundu. Keyfimizi bozmamaya çalıştık ama otel sanki sezon dışı gidilmemesi gereken bir yer gibi.

Ayvalık Merkezde Kahvaltısı mükemmel 8 numaralı odada kaldık manzarası harika şiddetle tavsiye ederim. Anlaşmalı plajları çok güzel fiyatta otelde kalındığı için 60 tl şezlong şemsiye aldık araçla 15 dakikada gidiliyor.
