Die Lage und der Blick auf den See sind ganz besonders schön. Auch unser Zimmer hat uns gut gefallen und war in einem guten Zustand, auch wenn die Dusche etwas winzig ist. Leider ist der Service sehr weit entfernt von dem, was man in dieser Preisklasse erwarten kann. Das fängt schon beim Checkin an, wo es kein Wort der Freundlichkeit gibt, sondern man einfach „abgefertigt" wird. Das gleiche beim Frühstück, wo der unfreundliche Herr auf keine Frage antwortet oder uns nicht verstehen wollte. Oder spricht er kein deutsch? Alles etwas seltsam hier in Bezug auf den Service. Es macht den Eindruck mangelnder Professionalität, egal ob an der Bar, im Restaurant oder beim Frühstück. Letzteres ist leider auch eher klein und einfallslos. Schade für das Hotel, denn hieraus könnte man richtig etwas machen…

Sehr schönes Hotel mit tollem Ambiente. Das Personal ist super freundlichem! Jeder Wunsch wurde erfüllt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer sind stilvoll eingerichtet, die Betten sehr bequem. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Auch das Abendessen verwöhnt den Gaumen. Sehr guter Service insgesamt. Sehr sauber, einfach zauberhaft, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir überlegten uns, für einige Tage Freunde und Familie in diesem Hotel einquartieren. Die Lage erscheint sehr gut, da es direkt am See liegt, allerdings mussten wir feststellen, dass es in den Außenanlagen nur so von Ratten wimmelte, so dass wir von einer Reservierung Abstand nahmen.

Schönes Hotel mit wunderbarer Anlage direkt am See (Blickrichtung Nord). Cheminéeraum als Aufenthaltsraum für Tee oder nach dem Essen als Bar/Lounge. Freundlicher Service und gutes Essen. Schöne Zimmer mit angenehmen Betten. Tolle Sicht auf den Starnbergersee.

War 2 Tage Gast während eines geschäftlichen Anlasses in diesem wundbar gelegenen Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sehr grosszügig, wenn auch nicht mehr dem neuesten Standart entsprechend, aber trotzdem sehr schön und sauber. Das Essen entspricht nicht ganz dem ausgeschriebenen Standard, z.B, beim Fleisch, das hätte ich wesentlich mehr erwartet. War aber immer noch lecker, das Servicepersonal wirkte etwas überfordert, bzw, es waren zu Wenige für einen grossen Anlasse. Ist aber vernachlässigbar und wurde durch sehr hohe Freundlichkeit und Hilsbereitschaft mehr als wett gemacht. Leider fehlt auch eine Ladestation für Elektroautos! Komme aber sehr gerne wieder, wenn sich die Gelegenheit bietet.
