Malgré une réputation dans le coin et plein d’avis positifs et Malgré le prix élevé, lors de notre arrivée à 20h du soir avec 2 enfants et apres 6h de route , ils ont été incapables de nous trouver une place pour manger au r estaurant ouvert dans leur cour. Aucun sens d’accueil et un refus catégorique d’emménager avec plein des tables vides à côté pour nous servir à manger. L’heure était tardive pour aller manger dans sun autre village car la cuisine fermé à 21h dans les villages allemands. Nous n’avons jamais rencontrer des gens si peu souriants alors qu’ils travaillent dans l’hôtellerie. Probablement vu les prix et le favoritisme pour les événements culturels ils ne se soucient pas pour des clients moins..... prétentieux... Le manager étant la il ne s’est même pas fatigué de descendre nous répondre ou trouver une solution. On ne sait pas si on est plus choqués par l’accueil désastreux ou par le.manque d’empathie et des solutions de la part d’une si réputé endoit ! Si vous n’êtes pas un chanteur d’orchestre hébergé par les lieux , nous ne recommandons pas ce lieux peu accueillant ! Séjour fin août 2025

L’hotel è moderno e molto confortevole, ben integrato all’interno della struttura del monastero e circondato da un laghetto piacevole. Location molto bella. Buon ristorante, tutti molto gentili.

Hotel ist auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen. Wir wurden komplett über den Tisch gezogen. Wir haben 380€ für 2 Nächte gezahlt um am ende in einem Gebäude zu schlafen das zu einem weit entfernt ist vom Kloster am Parkplatz und überhaupt nicht dem entspricht was auf deren Webseite geboten wird.Nach einer Beschwerde wurde uns gesagt das wir selber Schuld seine da wir EXTRA schreiben sollten das wir im Kloster schlafen wollen. Eine komplette Stornierung sei auch nicht mehr möglich wurde uns gesagt. Total unfreundliches Personal und überhaupt nicht hilfsbereit eher hatten wir das Gefühl das es ihnen gefallen hat.

Eine ruhige erholsame Lage inmitten eines Naturparks. Das Kloster Hotel bietet schöne Zimmer, ein sehr gutes Frühstück. Das Essen kann im Kloster Gasthaus eingenommen werden. Das Personal ist freundlich und bemüht. Der hauseigene Badestrand ist sehr groß. Von hier kann man wandern oder zu Radtouren starten.
