Ein Hotel zum Wohlfühlen. Wunderschöne Lage in schönster Bergkulisse, stilvoll-gemütliches Ambiente, eine hervorragende Küche und erfrischend herzliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter sind die Attribute des Alpin Resort Sacher: Gastlichkeit pur! Ein sehr großer, schöner Pool-/Spabereich sowie ein gut ausgestatteter Fitnessraum (der - mit beispielsweise Freihanteln bis 25 kg - gut ein Ganzkörper-Erhaltenstraining ermöglicht) und die unzähligen Outdoor-Möglichkeiten wie Skifahren, Wandern, Mountain, Bergsteigen... lassen auch sportlich keine Wünsche offen. Herzlichen Dank und Kompliment an alle!

We were there for 5 nights. Amazing place, the room was lovely, great atmosphere, well maintained, excellent service, excellent food breakfast and dinner, A large and luxurious spa, very clean and well maintained. Hope to come back soon.

A wonderful stay!
Incredible hotel. Staff is amazing. Rooms are elegant and comfortable. Spa is unique and impossible to describe. Food is just incredible!

It was our 4th visit, both in summer and winter, and have to say that this is a fantastic, beautiful, warm, delicious food, and welcoming hotel. Always a pleasure to come back. The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff is polite and always nice with us.

Da wir uns für ein Aufenthalt im April 2025 im Hotel Sacher in Seefeld interessiert haben habe ich die Webseite vom Hotel aufgerufen. Dort wurde mir ein Zimmerpreis von 497 Eur gegeben und auf einer einem weiteren Hinweis vom Hotel nochmals der Zimmerpreis bestätigt und angeführt dass auf der offiziellen Webseite des Hotels der Zimmerpreis am günstigsten ist belegt mit einem Preis bei booking von 595 eur Wir haben den vom Hotel angepriesenen Zimmerpreis von 497 Eur im Mail an das Hotel weitergegeben mit der Bitte um Bestätigung der Buchung und Hinweis auf die Webseite . Wie bei Lockangeboten üblich wurde aber nicht der Preis bestätigt sondern ein höherer Preis angeboten und mitgeteilt "dass ein Zimmerupgrade erfolgt und wir beim Abreisetag auch den SPA nutzen könnten". Wir wollten aber auf dem vom Hotel im Internet angegebenen Zimmerpreis auf der verbleiben und haben das mitgeteilt. Nunmehr wurde mitgeteilt dass man den Preis auf der Webseite nicht findet....am nächsten Tag war der Preis von der webseite vom Hotel flugs entfernt worden und ein höherer Preis wurde dort angegeben....es wurde dann noch mitgeteilt wir sollten doch ein scrennshot machen ....klar war jetzt nicht mehr möglich da der Preis ja mittlerweile entfernt wurde..hahaha...solche Tricksereien habe ich wirklich noch nicht erlebt ....wir haben dann dankend abgelehnt....m.E. sollten sich die Verantwortlichen schämen sowas mit den Kunden abzuziehen...

The Hotel Stay was very nice; the spa area is absolute fabulous, wonderful saunas, quiet spaces and great ambiance- the changing rooms could use an update; there are no toiletries, no hair dryer or keys to lock your personal items; the gym area is a little small and outdated, the dining options are great, but not really what I would expect staying at a 5 star hotel, the salad bar is soso, options are very limited; the staff at night is top notch, the morning crew needs a little reminder that guests like coffee right away, I had to get up a few times to ask for more coffee or the “morning news” - also the breakfast buffet is not what I would call 5 star, it was a nice selection but could use a little upgrade; but I would say my biggest disappointment was my room, it was small, there was a pole almost in the middle of the room, I had no night stand and felt it was very cramped; knowing that they weren’t fully occupied, I was a little surprised to have been given such a small room with a view into the parking lot; bottom line, I very much enjoyed my stay, but would likely not return - there were too many little things that didn’t add up to 5 star experience and didn’t give me the bang for the buck that I paid.
