A decent hotel room for a good price. The walls in the room were at least 14 feet tall and the walk in shower was a nice touch.

Way too expensive for a 2 star experience. Check in was quick, front desk staff friendly and the lobby is inviting. There is lots of parking. There is only 1 luggage trolley for all to use, our room was super basic. We paid $370 for one night. Paper coffee cups, plastic drinking cups, unnamed coffee, small 42' tv, basic bathroom amenities, stackable meeting room chair for the desk, low quality tissue and toilet paper. The toilet roll holder is standard Super 8 from the 70s and the roll fell off. 3 small pillows on the king size bed. No extra blanket or pillow. No house coat. No USB charging ports. The restaurant menu was uninspiring and very basic. The food was nothing special and I got served my drink in a dirty glass. Our server was great. Went to the fitness centre and then wanted a drink of water, no water station and the drink fountain is disabled. If I'm going to pay nearly $400 for a single night I expect high end finishes and quality products. I want glassware and good coffee.

When booking on the website the price looked good. upon arrival at the hotel we had to pay $40 more than expected for two nights. The room seemed half full of towels and soap(1), cups(2) and we assumed this is how they run things. Painter's type was on some stuff in the room. We got two queen bed and only slept in one the first night. The next night we slept in the other one. when we woke up the next morning, we found a someone else sock in the sheets with us. We call down and let the front desk know. we told them remake the beds while we head out to the Nordic spa. Once we returned the room totally looked different, like the towel rack were full this time and we got more soap(2) and cups(4). We email of the owner got a respond saying he'll look into it later that day for more info. no responds after a couple of days so I emailed back. To this day he has not responded back. Good luck future guest. Lino Toppazzini is the owner name and email is ***************************

Great experience. $2 blackjack, great rooms, nice staff, all around a great experience. Special thanks to Lino who went above and beyond for me, literally driving to my house to drop off a speaker I forgot. Beds were very comfortable and it's so close to Kananaskis so we came after the spa and a great dinner.

Have to admit I was afraid when I seen all the bad reviews but to my surprise everything turned out AWESOME. Friendly staff all around. The food was pretty good. The thing I was worried about was the cleanliness of the rooms. It passed with flying colors. VERY CLEAN. They went through renovations lately and it shows. We were very happy overall. Keep up the good work guys and your rating will climb back up. Thanks again.

Absolutely disgusting room for the cost. For $250+ we could have had a clean room somewhere in Calgary. Sink still had toothpaste and soap in it, fixtures were hanging from the wall, lamp was burned, drawer had some massive spill in it, heating unit had what appeared to be melted chocolate in it as well as smeared on the curtains. The questionable smear above the toilet roll holder was feces. I would not put my worst enemy here. Im so sorry we brought my daughter for her 18th along with her 98 year old grandma.

Front desk Jayden is unprofessional, he's rude to a lady last night. No costumer service, he's uneducated and not fit for this job. He's not capable and doesn't know how to handle, bad costumer service. Not coming back terrible service, not recommended to any one if your front desk is bad attitude towards Guest.

Wanted to get away for a couple days to unwind. Have stayed here a few times, it was mostly enjoyable. This time was terrible. On check in was given the key to an occupied room, walked in, gratefully no one was in the room only their belongings. There was construction, no one warned us, and was woken up to what sounded like hammering and banging on the wall. The second night there was someone (from the sound of it an adult) running up and down the hallway, they did this 4 to 5 times starting around 2am unitl 3am. Then we were woke up around 6am with what sounded like someone sanding a wall or vacuuming. The sheets are either over starched or really cheap (they are so stiff). I did mention all this when checking out and received a sorry. I was told you can talk to my manager, who was at the counter as well. When I looked at the manager she smirked, I commented she looked uninterested and she looked away. The nice lady at the desk then handed me the general managers card and said I could call him. Really sad this was supposed to be a relaxing get away.

Went for a Stay and Play for my husband's birthday. The hotel is being renovated and we had a reno'd room facing the mountains. The room was comfortable with great views! We dined in the ****** lounge and had excellent food. Of course we "donated" to their smallish ******. It had all of the games that we like and it had the newer games that we expected.
