Way too expensive for a 2 star experience. Check in was quick, front desk staff friendly and the lobby is inviting. There is lots of parking. There is only 1 luggage trolley for all to use, our room was super basic. We paid $370 for one night. Paper coffee cups, plastic drinking cups, unnamed coffee, small 42' tv, basic bathroom amenities, stackable meeting room chair for the desk, low quality tissue and toilet paper. The toilet roll holder is standard Super 8 from the 70s and the roll fell off. 3 small pillows on the king size bed. No extra blanket or pillow. No house coat. No USB charging ports. The restaurant menu was uninspiring and very basic. The food was nothing special and I got served my drink in a dirty glass. Our server was great. Went to the fitness centre and then wanted a drink of water, no water station and the drink fountain is disabled. If I'm going to pay nearly $400 for a single night I expect high end finishes and quality products. I want glassware and good coffee.
