Teppichboden im Hotel finde ich nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Der Balkon extrem klein was machen korpulente oder bewegungseingeschränkte Menschen? Das vielgelobte Frühstück ja alles vorhanden aber man war nur unterwegs um alles zusammen zu suchen. Für uns keine Wiederholung.

Einen schön Urlaubstag schön ausklingen lassen? SAFARI-Bar in Heringsdorf (inkl. Ostseeblick)! Als erstes: Eine SEHR freundliche & sehr kompetente Bedienung! Diese Dame (6.6.24 in der Bar) beherrscht ihren Beruf! Zuvorkommend, sehr schnell, sehr freundlich. Das Bier mit einer Blume wie aus der Werbung. Der Whisky ohne Eis (natürlich ggf. auf Bitte darum). Und der Wein absolut passend. Und zweitens: Die Burger sind ein Genuss - frisch, würzig, schmackhaft. (Nicht vergleichbar mit Fertigpaddys aus der Systemgastronomie!) Also auf ... in die SAFARI-BAR! Zum Wohl.

Von einem herzlichen Empfang inkl. Sekt bis hin zu einer herzlichen Verabschiedung, ein absolut gelungener Aufenthalt. Top im Preis - Leistung! Top Frühstück, mit Liebe und Leidenschaft zubereitet. Der Service ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das familiäre Umfeld rundete unseren, somit perfekten Kurztrip ab.

Wie in den letzten Jahren war es uns auch diesmal wieder eine große Freude einen Kurzurlaub im Strandhotel zu verbringen. Sehr freundliches Personal in allen Bereichen, die Dachsauna immer ein Erlebnis! Aber nicht zu vergessen das reichhaltige Frühstück was man in einer ruhigen Atmosphäre genießen kann! Wir konnten diesmal das erste Mal an einer kleine Abend Veranstaltung teilnehmen was uns auch sehr gut gefallen hat. Also kurz gesagt Top Hotel!

This is a great hotel in a great seaside resort. All the staff were professional, friendly, helpful, and competent, and coped with our lousy German language skills. The whole hotel was meticulously clean. The room was small but seemed spacious enough. The in-room safe was too small for a laptop. We had a small balcony with chairs facing the sea (hidden by trees), from which we could watch the world passing by (on foot, bike, scooter, and skates). Molton Brown toiletries. The hot water was VERY hot and could scald, if you are not careful. Breakfast was amazing, with a huge assortment of fruit, sausage, and fish, as well as an omelette station, juice machine, waffle iron, and many cheeses, yoghurts and quark. Coffee was good too, but the best thing about breakfast was the staff, who greeted everyone with a smile and gave us a great start for the day. We rented very good bikes from the hotel and cycled about 4km east to Poland, and 4 km west to Bansin., along the Strand Promenade - very enjoyable. There are indoor and outdoor pools, a gym and a sauna.

Lage ist super. Zimmer war gut aber der Balkon hat zu viel Schwalben Besuch und war dadurch dreckig. Die Spikes, die die Vögel verhindern soll haben nicht funktioniert. Bad war neu und perfekt. Betten waren sehr bequem. Wir hatten eine kleine Suite. Frühstück war ein Highlight — Auswahl und Service. Service in der Bar und beim Abendessen war teilweise zu langsam. Beste Sandorn Cocktail in Usedom ! Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren nicht immer auf der Höhe. Im gross und ganzen alles gut — man hat das Gefühl dass es ein Personalmangel gab — aber das scheint überall zu sein.
