Der Aufenthalt im Upstalsboom hat es sehr gefallen. Zimmer und Service Top. Preis - Leistung Top . Wir kommen auf jeder Fall wieder. Kurze Wege zum Strand und zum Alex. Im Grunde genommen hat uns Heringsdorf sehr gut gefallen. Das gesamte Paket hat gestimmt.

Das Hotel macht einen sehr sauberen und freundlichen Eindruck. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Wir haben ein langes Wochenende zu 8 gebucht. Alles wurde perfekt vorbereitet. Das fünf-Gänge-Menü war beeindruckend. Es war Spitze. Die Zimmer und das gesamte Ambiente (auch im Spa-Bereich) sind sehr wohltuend. Besonders ist auch das im Bistro. Es ist super, dass man nicht nur trinken, sondern auch essen kann. Es strahlt Gemütlichkeit aus und lädt zum Verweilen ein.

Highly recommended, the staff are without exception very friendly. The rooms are tastefully decorated. At breakfast there is something for everyone, with different types of bread, cold cuts, jams, fruits, various juices, coffee and much more. Both restaurants (Luv & Lee, Theos) are definitely worth recommending (very tasty food). The spa area is also used by many guests, as well as the pool and saunas. Very special thanks go to Alex, Sarah, Juliane, Daniel and our lovely Bianca from service, as well as Thomas. We felt very comfortable and hope to see you again. Greetings to the Kühlungsborners😉

We had booked the simplest room, which completely met our needs. We were very satisfied and got a lot for our money. As a goodie, you can empty the minibar once completely free of charge in this hotel and you also get a voucher for food and drinks worth 30 euros per person for 5 nights or more. Liebes Team vom Upstalsboom - Hotel Ostseestrand, nach coronabedintgem Fernbleiben waren wir nun endlich seit langem mal wieder für ein paar Tage im Upstalsboom. Wir hatten uns sehr auf unseren Aufenthalt gefreut und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Das Frühstücksbuffet war so vielseitig, reichhaltig und lecker wie wir es in Erinnerung hatten. Für einen Abend hatten wir ein Candle-Light Dinner gebucht und die anderen Abende haben wir a la Carte gegessen. Die Tischdekoration für das Candle-Light-Dinner sah toll aus. Das Essen im Restaurant Theos und im Bistro könne wir wirklich empfehlen. Es hat sehr gut geschmeckt! Ein großes Lob an das gesamte Küchenteam. Das ganze Personal (Rezeption, Servicekräfte im Restaurant, Reinigungspersonal) im Hotel ist ausgesprochen freundlich. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können das Hotel sowie das Restaurant und das Bistro nur weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank! Wir wünschen Ihnen und Ihren Mitarbeitern alles Gute!
