It’s a nice and cozy hotel. Overall I enjoyed staying here. A couple of areas this hotel can do to even be a better stay are: 1. Room doors don’t seem to block any noise from the hallway.. We literally could hear people opening and closing doors and could hear their conversations. 2. The breakfast was great! But we initially we were told it’s going to be in the restaurant area and then ended up in the rooms. I think better communication would’ve been useful. Again, the food was great and actually very affordable. A side note: I woke up with the sun in my eyes in the morning because the small bathroom window was basically aligned to the bathroom door and into the bed (not serious, but could be fixed perhaps)..

Conducted business in hotel and around the hotel. It is a great place to visit. Everything is a stone's throw. The airport is very close by, the beaches are all very close by, shopping centers are not far, and you can even walk down the street to get to quite a few eateries if you do not wish to eat at the hotel. I wouldn't know why, because they have a great menu. The conference room we used was well furnished with a great view that I enjoyed while waiting for the rest of the business associates to arrive. The price is very low considering that the hotel is new, well furnished, AND close to everything around!

Location right on the lively pedestrian zone at the harbor. Solid 4* hotel with outstanding service. Unfortunately, the rooftop bar is only open in the evenings.

Since the sea is nearby, there is a specific smell in the room due to the constant humidity, although this may be because the room was on the 0th floor. Immediately after cleaning it disappears, but then appears again. My accommodation option is HB. For those who love to eat delicious food, this is the smartest choice. Dinners are very varied, there really is something for every taste: meat, fish, desserts, appetizers - the variety is simply mind-boggling! Themed dinners are also organized. Thus, one of the evenings was dedicated to Turkish cuisine. The pool is great. There are even 2 of them. One with access to the beach. The beach may not be the most impressive. Here, depending on what you compare with. The hotel area is small. There is an area around where many expats live. A few steps away is a pleasant embankment, with a yacht pier, numerous cafes, and a shopping center. A wonderful option for walking, either in the morning or in the evening. This is my first trip in this hotel mysk, and this has been one of the best and most tranquil hotels I've ever been in. Everything is smooth and all the staff are kind and helpful. I had the opportunity to meet housekeeper MD:Hasib and Nazle the supervisor..Great people and such fun to converse with. Absolutely recommended

It was terrible experience I had on this property (citadine al ghubrah muscat) I was traveling almost 24hours for holiday vacation, I selected this hotel to stay since near by the aiport, unfortunately I chosen the wrong hotel, upon check- in the lady receptionist asking me a full payment for the stay, I have no enough cash omr. But I have $ dollars with me, the total cost of my stay is only omr. 22 I have 15 omr and the rest 7 omr. I will pay by dollars, I informed the lady receptionist that I will pay the rest with $ dollars, she said that the hotel will not accept $ dollars, I was explained to her that I just came from the aiport and I was so tired shall I pay the rest by evening I have to exchange my dollars outside, or my cousin will come by evening and pay the rest of the amount cost of only omr. 7 or else I will quarantine my id or passport to keep , I will exchange the dollars outside by evening , but she refused me to check in, now I realize the discrimination /criticism,I decided to walk out and check in to other hotel, thank God other hotel very considerate not even asking the deposit even id's qurrantee, will I hope other guest will not experience the same treatment that I had experience , you have to improve your hospitality and service, especially front office staffs, never ever to booked this hotel anymore,many hotel choices in Muscat.
