The airport is very close by, the beaches are all very close by, shopping centers are not far, and you can even walk down the street to get to quite a few eateries if you do not wish to eat at the hotel. I wouldn't know why, because they have a great menu. The conference room we used was well furnished with a great view that I enjoyed while waiting for the rest of the business associates to arrive. Location right on the lively pedestrian zone at the harbor. Solid 4* hotel with outstanding service. Unfortunately, the rooftop bar is only open in the evenings.

We chose this hotel since it was associated with Radisson but it did not meet the expectations. It is very isolated property with no nice view outside. Also the food options are very limited. The options at the breakfast are limited and very few people service the guest and you have to wait for someone to come and clean the table for you. Overall it was an ok experience.

I stayed for three or four nights. The hotel is a little remote and, in May, the outside temperature too high however I slept well, I liked the Belgian and Thai restaurants and enjoyed the gym. As ever, people matter more than places. I was cheered by Jennifer’s friendly greeting at breakfast, Jay was prompt to resolve my urge for chocolate and, above all I must praise Khaled who calmly helped with what was, for me, a printing crisis.

This is my first trip in this hotel mysk, and this has been one of the best and most tranquil hotels I've ever been in. Everything is smooth and all the staff are kind and helpful. I had the opportunity to meet housekeeper MD:Hasib and Nazle the supervisor..Great people and such fun to converse with. Absolutely recommended

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is fresh and clean and the staff pleasant and very helpful. We had some minor hiccups in the room which were attended to politely and swiftly. It is possible to walk to shops and the beach but not convenient. Like most of Muscat, a car is really necessary to make the most of the visit
