I was blown away when I arrived at the parking lot, because you are litterally in front of a huge castle. Then you'll have to walk I to the castle to access to the hotel. It's a nice medieval castle experience. Hotel is clean and very well located. Totally recommend.

Très déçue. La première chambre qui m'a été attribuée empestait la fumée de cigarette, comme un cendrier froid, ceci dans un hôtel "non-fumeur". Dans la seconde, en remplacement, il y avait un problème avec les installations sanitaires : odeur d’égouts dans la salle de bain, qui s'aggravait sérieusement lors de la prise d'une douche, et évacuation lente des WC. Chariot de linge propre qui encombrait le couloir du premier étage à 18h passées. Le petit déjeuner, assez cher, était basique : que du pain de mie industriel ou mini baguette, aucun autre choix, et buffet correct mais pas plus. Personnel souriant mais pas assez nombreux. En revanche, le restaurant était excellent. Tout ça est vraiment dommage, car l'établissement est très bien situé, mais cela ne suffit pas.

Terrible meal!
We decided to splurge and enjoy a nice dinner in the restaurant. The service was a bit slow alrhough they were not very busy. We ordered the dinner with three services. The first course was ok. But the main dish was almost not edible. My piece of beef, described to us as slow cooked for many hours and deliciously tender was just a mass of unedible gelatinous rubber. It was impossible to cut, chew or swallow. If the piece of meat was the size of a deck of cards there was not one mouthful of edible meat. I was terribly dissapointed and mentioned to the wait staff that i could not eat this meat. She said so sorry and walked away. Then followed dessert...it was to be a sort of custard pie....it was so hard that you needed a knife to cut the custard.When you pay more than 140€ for dinner for 2 I expect it to be edible. This dinner was not!
