I stayed at taj tristar for 6 nights. The location is easily accessible from the airport. What i liked best were the excellent service mentality of the staff and the fantastic vegetarian food. The rooms are a bit worn down, but kept clean. It is compensated by the prompt service by all the staff, whether it be door ***, counter staff, bell boy or waiter. I was a lone female traveller and the staff was always very helpful. The food is absolutely fantastic. Their breakfast and dinner buffet spread and quality are very good. I loved idlis, masala tea, various soups, different types of dosa, poori, aloo saag, coffee etc. To name some. There was no disruption of wifi. It is easier to get uber and it is somewhat near to metro, though i did not use it. It is located in a crowded area. The hotel has a good gym though i saw no users. I totally recommend this place. If i return to hyderabad again for work, i will stay here.

Nice hotel and courteous staff. Local market alis accessible for cloths and jewellery. Nice place to stay and rooms are also good and clean. Would like to visit again in future

The room was very spacious. The staff was very responsive. It's very near to the secunderabad railway station, even one can walk and reach the hotel from the station.

First time I have travelled to Hyderabad, I was stay in Lotus near about 3 nights . Property is really good, so happy team Lotus and just wanted to add one thing Staff is tooo cooperative. proper hygiene maintained in entire Reception, Lobby, Room etc. whenever I travel definitely book the same. again thank you team Grand .

1, called at reception for drinking water several times in the morning, no response 2. So many black wood-ants in the room, pesticides spray needs to be applied

Rooms were really top-notch. Fully equipped. Nice furniture. Nice decor. Nice lighting. Couple friendly. Food is decent for the price. Staff behaviour is very polite. Breakfast spread was nice, too, with so many options to choose from. Overall, it was a really nice stay. Highly recommended.
