Value for money Hotel. Very close to secunderabad Railway station. Neat and clean rooms. Rooms are quite spacious Courteous staffs. Especially I would.loke to.mwntion Mr. Raju , Mr. Vivek , Front office for prompt and excellent service. Keep up the good work!!!

I have stayed in this hotel many a times . Rooms are spacious . Very friendly and courteous staffs. Food quality is good. Located very near to Secunderabad Railway station. Value for money hotel. Keep up the good work.

I stayed in this hotel for a night , i stayed in room 509 5th floor, as i entered the room it was stinking, i used my own room freshner and it worked. Front office staff is good, ready to help. Condition of washroom need to be improved. I went to their resturent and inquired about menu, a lady sitting there refused to tell anything, later someone told me menu is in the room and after 7pm we provide dinner at room. When I asked them how to order food, they told phone number is in the menu, when i checked i could not see any number, any way we had dinner outside the hotel. Rest it's ok, if you don't have any other option and have to catch early morning train.

i complained about Wi-Fi Service not working. nobody bothered took it seriously. my office work and personal work got affected during my stay in Saptagiri. For a room stay its fine and don't expect any assured service there

A below average hotel. Unclean rooms and linen and poor staff. Wonder how it can even be called a 3 star hotel. Certainly not worth staying in if you are on a business trip. Think twice before booking this

The receptionist lacks communication skills & have poor body language, when I checked in, room were dirty, walls, bedsheets & pillows were stained, foul & filthy smell in corridors & lobby & than they claim this is a 3 star hotel, from no angle it looks like or feels like a 3 star hotel, people also yell & talk loudly in lobby & corridors, indecent crowd & public, avoid this hotel

I stayed here for 2 days , location wise its Good . Staff was Good and Hotel was neat and clean , Only there was issue with Lift it was making a lot of noise . Breakfast is normal South indian and Dinner they provide same dishes everyday but Food is unlimited you can ask more in Thali

Hotel is conveniently located close to Secunderabad station and just takes 5 minutes to reach the hotel by Auto. Check in was smooth. Counter staff were helpful and courteous. Staff at the restaurant were pleasant and helpful and service was prompt. Quality of good was good and as desired by us food was prepared with mild spice since normally Andhra food is very spicy. Overall a pleasant experience and we will stay in the hotel again when we visit Hyderabad next time.
