First of all, the management and its employees were not very pleasant.
They made me pay for my little mistake and tried to make me pay twice.
They couldn't do it since all the evidence was in my hands, they didn't even apologize and were arrogant.
Absolutely not Commercial, I do not recommend and will not return, it's the first time I've been to this hotel in Lille, I go there every month.
The TV in my room didn't even have all the TNT channels.

Pleasant hotel. Room too small. Cleaning lady who comes in to ask to vacate the room when there are 30 minutes left.

Chambre convenable pour une nuit.
En revanche, l'environnement a été horrible : un camp de gens du voyage a 50 mètres avec un chien qui aboyait jusqu'à 3h00! Un groupe de clients qui rentraient d'une soirée avec des enfants qui couraient dans les escaliers et sur le palier de 22h00 à 2h00.
L'éducation des gens est indépendante de l'hôtel évidemment.
Notre séjour a été un cauchemar du fait du bruit, mais nous avons reçu un bon accueil. Côté chambre, la salle de bain est minuscule. C'est plutôt une cabine de douche.
