"Stayed at an upgraded harbor view king room. One of the largest and nicest room I have stayed this year at the price of a Marriott Courtyard stay downtown. Almost everything can be controlled via the IPad. Mini bar is stocked with drink and snacks, the price is steep and the items will be charged to you room if you pick them up for more than 30 secs. The front desk staff did warn me of that so I was not surprised by that. You will have to pay to use the fridge if you want to store your own items. Aside from the location, everything else is 5 star for me But from what I read online, the Encore does offer shuttle services to downtown/chinatown. Will stay again if I’m ever in Boston in the future."
