"The hotel service is very good. When we arrived at the hotel by bus from the ship, it was just after 7 o'clock in the morning. The hotel had immediately arranged a room for us so that we could have a good rest. The room is large enough to open 4 suitcases, and has sufficient facilities such as a sofa and workbench. There is a restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel where you can have dinner. The only drawback is that it does not provide lunch. There are not many shops open near KirKenes. If lunch is not provided, it will be difficult to find lunch. The hotel's breakfast is good, with many choices. There is free coffee at the entrance of the hotel, and you can get hot and cold water from the restaurant yourself, which is very convenient."
