Third Floor - The third floor is the primary (master) floor complete with primary bedroom, private balcony and large bathroom. Thoughtfully designed with a modern but organic feel, the primary bedroom gets lots of light, offers a TV with streaming capability, dresser with ample storage & side tables for cellphone/storage. In the warmer months, enjoy the ductless A/C mounted in the bedroom. All plants in the primary room are air-filtering plants to ensure the highest quality air for your stay. - The primary balcony opens directly from the primary room. The balcony has two large outdoor chairs with ottomans (which can be used for additional seating) and side tables for coffee, wine or a laptop. Although the rooftop is the best place for a view, the private balcony provides guests fresh air and a quiet, secluded space. Enjoy the most sun in the afternoon. - Primary bathroom is large with two sinks, a large shower and a walk-in closet. All towels are Brooklinen. Walk-in closet has plenty of room for clothes, luggage and any needed storage. - Rooftop The best part of the house is the view! Whether you want to have a romantic dinner overlooking the city or front row seats to the Fourth of July or NYE's fireworks, the rooftop is not to be missed. We have furnished the rooftop to please all! Watch a game on the outdoor TV or enjoy sitting around the 8 person dining table with built-in fire pit. In the summer months, it is complete with a grill and bar cart. As the weather gets warmer, the rooftop planters will have seasonal herbs to cook with or to garnish your favorite cocktails (no pesticides have been used while maintaining the plants). Rooftop blankets (Nordstrom brand) are provided for the crisp fall nights. **Please note that the city of Seattle has a noise ordinance that goes into effect at 10pm and does not end until 7am.
