The only thing that was rather a hasstle was the construction underway and finding the buffet restaurant. It was very inconvenient! On top of all that they gave us option of a $15 credit on top of a $25 resort fee per DAY which wiped out our $15 credit FOR A MEAL. I would have preferred during construction period to wipe out resort fee or offer the $15 buffet credit for our inconvenience. Everyone was very nice, & helpful. Another problem are the refrigerators. Even though I’m happy they provided them, they do not cool to a safe 37 degrees constant to keep food safe. I had a disability, had a service dog and is food spoiled at a 43 degrees constant temp

This is a budget hotel conveniently located a 13-minute walk from Light Rail Line 1 and a 5-minute walk from a 7-Eleven. It offers spacious rooms and cleaning services every other day, providing excellent value for money.
Loved the automated lighting features! Quick access to Pike Place Market and bus/train routes.

Friendly staff, clean room, good location.
Easy to access from SEA airport using Light Rail, 40 minites away, then short walk to hotel. Also easy to access Monorail to Space Needle & surrounding attractions.
A few blocks walk to Pike Place, Seattle Convention Center. Nearby stores : Nordstrom, Nordstrom Rack, Ross Dress for Less, Target, Asian grocery store HMart.
Would not hesitate to book this hotel for future stays.

The overall ambiance was lovely and very cozy, and the staff were very friendly. However, the day after checking in on August 1st, I received a text message notification that the elevator was out of order. Thankfully, I was on the second floor, so it wasn't a huge issue then. But by the time I checked out on August 6th, it still hadn't been fixed. With luggage and an early flight to catch, this became quite inconvenient.
Cleanliness and attention to detail also need improvement. Rooms were cleaned every other day, and I left a $5 tip each time, but the cleaning staff even left a cleaning rag in the bathroom.
One major drawback was the noise from being close to the road. On the first night, we heard fire engine sirens three times, but it was fine on subsequent nights. Overall, though, it's very convenient for getting around, and popular attractions are within walking distance.
Hilton is a brand hotel we often stay in. The management, service, facilities and hygiene of Hilton hotels around the world are very good, and they can basically maintain a stable standard. This hotel has large rooms, complete facilities, and a beautiful city view outside the window. The key is that the service attitude is quite good. They also extended our check-out time to 1pm. Recommended! I will stay at Hilton next time.

The hotel's front desk service is very good, the room is clean, and free bath salts are delivered to the room. When checking in, the front desk will give 2 bottles of water and a welcome drink. Guests will be provided with a free glass of red wine from 5 to 7 o'clock, and free delivery to nearby attractions. The location of the hotel is very convenient, there are bus stops and supermarkets within 100 meters.
The room we stayed in this time also happened to have a little view of the Needle. Recommended for those traveling to Seattle to consider staying here.
Breakfast is not included, but there is a place in the lobby selling coffee and bread, which is cheap and tastes very good, and Starbucks is across the street. The rooms are small and well-equipped. To drink hot water, you can ask the hotel to borrow a kettle. The heating is sufficient and not dry. There are plenty of shopping malls around, opposite the Taikoo Center (with Din Tai Fung, Thai food, Lululemon), sephora, northstrom, all within a 5-minute walk. Yesterday morning flight, Uber inexplicably canceled the itinerary. Fortunately, the front desk waiter provided the limo business car. The fare was $45 and Uber was similar, helping me fight for time. Hotel service is great!

The desk was well-maintained and clean.
I think it's easy to use.
I chose it because of the good location, but I'm satisfied with it :)
The bathroom was clean and nice too.
Excellent room. Convenient to train station and stadiums. Modern security. Storage lockers were a nice bonus when you have to check out at 11am but don't leave town for later on the afternoon.

JJiangjiang01The location is great. It's within ten minutes' walk to the pier and Pike Place. Because it's on 1st Street, there's no need to climb uphill to get to Pike Place, which saves a lot of effort. In addition, it is also close to the light rail station and bus station.
There is a paid breakfast downstairs, the cost is linked to the room rate, you can order your own food, the waiting time is a bit long, but the taste is good.
The one-time price of taking a taxi to the airport is 45 knives, and 50 knives are included in the room charge when booking through the hotel.
GGuanyingda AmyThis is a very elegant and old school hotel. With vibes of American-style vintage decoration, the hotel brings you back to the earlier days of Seattle. Clean, good location, quiet (except for the in-room air conditioning machine), comfortable bed settings, simple but enough complimentary breakfast choices and welcoming hotel staff. Close to Pike Street market, fishing market and Macy’s. My first remark in English on C-trip.
TtinaNewer hotel, everything is expensive 😂, toothbrush and toothpaste have to bring your own, if you want the hotel to have a set of 20 dollars, parking fee 60 dollars a day, and finally you need to pay the city fee and tax, the room is very clean, the scenery is very good, we live in a sea view room, you can watch the sunrise and sunset on the bed, Walking can reach many attractions
BBenny the kidGreat location right near Pike Market and with Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse on the ground floor... very modern design and quiet rooms... service is very friendly and water bottles in the room are complimentary. Sauna, steam, and gym are relaxing and very well kept, only concern was they advertised a lap pool which is no longer in the hotel.
JJohanna ChevrierWhen we first got there, we arrived at the room and the toilet wasn’t working, so they quickly changed our room and made sure that everything was in working order before we left. Super nice staff, helpful. Location is okay. Lots of sirens and homeless community, but they make sure doors are locked for safety.
GGuest UserThe room is quite good and new, and the location is good to walk to eat lobster rolls. The only bad point is that parking is very troublesome. The hotel does not have a parking lot. It can be valet parking, but because it is a traffic light on the street, it is easy to miss, or there are too many cars and there is no place to park, it will be very troublesome.
LLeeroy TravelsHotel is clean and presentable. Room is big for a couple. Toilet and bath is newly renovated with all you need for a bathroom. Large TV with working table. We we're given a room with a great view of I-5. Located 10mins away from Pike Place Market.
GGuest UserA rustic hotel with a unique ambience. It's conveniently located near Pioneer Square in Downtown Seattle within walking or short car or bus ride of many sights and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is good and the lounge sometimes has excellent live music.

ああやかIt was very convenient because it was located at the middle point of Space Needle and Pike Place and both were within walking distance.
The room is clean and large and has amenities.
The room I stayed in was connected to the next room by a door (it was locked and it couldn't open), and it was noisy even in the middle of the night to open the next room.
Breakfast is nothing cooked at the hotel, refrigerated burgers and bread, yogurt, Costco boiled * and fruits.
There are cafes open from the morning around, so it is recommended to eat breakfast outside the hotel.
