Breakfast is not a buffet, and you need to allow an hour from ordering to breakfast being served. Other things are pretty standard.

Bedding was suspect… hold the comforter up to the light and you could see numerous dark spots which I believe to be mold. Loud noises like I was next to the laundry room. Subpar

I will never stay at this hotel again and possibly no other Four Points for that matter. I was turned off by the I don’t care, we have your money now attitudes when trying to resolve room issues. Members of the front desk staff was horrible. From my experience someone from corporate needs to do an inspection on the daily procedures here. 👎👎

This hotel was used as a homeless shelter and still smells Ike one. Multiple rooms and the odor was toxic. They would not allow for a refund. Stay away. Worse hotel I have ever stayed in.

Best 4 Points I have ever stayed at and I am a Bonvoy Ambassador who stays 250 nights in hotels a year. Great hotel. It should be a Sheraton or a Marriott it is so nice. Both restaurants were great too. The Indian resturant had great authentic food and the Olympia Grill had a great dinner and Breakfast menu. It was the best value I have seen in a long time for a hotel.
