The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious at 1580 sqft. This is a 4 story townhome (including the rooftop) with a staircase walkway from parking to the entrance. **Floor Plan** • First Floor: Main entrance, kitchen, dining, living room with smart TV. Sofa bed sleeps 2. Air conditioned. • Second Floor: Two bedrooms with queen beds, full bathroom w/bathtub & shower. One bedroom has dedicated desk with monitor. Portable AC in the summer. • Third Floor: Primary bedroom suite w/king size bed, ensuite bathroom w/shower. Air conditioned. • Fourth Floor: Rooftop with outdoor furniture and expansive view of the Lake Union and prominent view of the Space Needle. **Home Highlights** • Private rooftop patio with sweeping view of Lake Union & Space Needle • Dedicated parking in the back of the complex • Great floor plan - bed & bath on different levels, perfect for group travel • Dedicated desk in one of the bedrooms with monitor, fast internet, great for remote work • Big windows with lots of natural light • Kitchen is stocked with high-end kitchen appliances, cookware, silverware, servingware, spices, keurig coffee & tea • High quality bed, mattress, pillows & linens for comfortable sleeping • Smart TV for streaming. • Onsite washer and dryer for your laundry needs **About the Reservation** • In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening. . • For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation. **Additional Info About the Home** • This is a townhome and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout. **About Fees & Pricing** • The regular nightly rate covers 6 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 8 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests. • We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day.
