Perfect location for getting out and about visiting the local area. Establishments has an old school English charm. Amazing, indoor heated pool and spacious rooms. Breakfast was lovely, but the customer service was some of the best we have experienced anywhere. Craig went above and beyond and is the blueprint for his profession.

I stayed here for one night with my brother and nephew and I was very impressed. For only £50 each we got two rooms plus use of a heated indoor pool, a pool table and a table tennis table and a full English breakfast! It was absolutely outstanding, incredible value for money! I would stay again. Great job!

Fabulous host. Room spotlessly clean. Lovely cooked breakfast each morning, cereal, fruit yoghurt and toast available. Tea, coffee and fruit juice. Feeding the sheep left over toast was a bonus.

This guest house is situated in beautiful countryside 5 mins drive from the Seafront. The house itself is definitely dated which is reflected in the price. However my bathroom had a new basin and shower and everything was very clean. The room had everything I needed. There is plenty of parking and breakfast was good. The highlight is the indoor pool which is warm and free for guests to use in the evenings. We used it each evening and had it to ourselves.

The property is a little dated, but clean and tidy. The host is very politely and takes care of any issues. Check-in is flexible and a late arrival not an issue. Breakfast is nicely prepared and tasty.

Stayed 2 nights. Room was very comfortable and clean.
Excellent breakfast. Looked after very well by Des. Would recommend and hoping to go back again.

A little bit dated but great for a few nights. A clean room and a great cooked breakfast. Good car parking and is easy to drive into town. Good for the Seaton trams and the beach, though not a lot of parking in town or restaurants. Lots of birds in the tree and hares in the field opposite.
