Perfect place if / when accommodation is needed near Sea - Tac Airport. This hotel is very near and the complimentary shuttle service provided is operated by a really kind & helpful Larry . Junita at reception was also patient and nice ; the room was large & spacious , with an extremely comfortable king - sized bed + more than ample fluffy pillows ! Plus the gas fireplace in the lobby was a really nice touch . I would certainly recommend this hotel to any traveller wanting a good rest . Thumbs up !!

Arrived earlier than check in time. The front desk was able to give me early check in additional $50 paid. Location was even nearer than I thought and so convenient. Room is clean and comfy and overall good experience. Will stay again if I fly to Seattle and need hotel near airport.

Overall the staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The corridors and overall look of the hotel were super dated and felt like I was stepping into a prison hallway. Could do a bit of work there to make it more welcoming. Instead of bringing amenities up to the room, the staff simply said they didn’t have anyone to do so- but three people were just standing at the reception chatting away. Don’t expect much, but a good room for a quiet nights sleep near the airport.

We stayed two nights and were super pleased with the friendly staff, the modern rooms with comfy beds and clean all around. The breakfast was nice and a great start to the day. Their airport shuttle dropped us off at the airport for the short walk to the light rail to ride into the city for a day of exploring. He told us where to meet back up at days end and voila, he was there to take us back to the motel. Couldn't have been better, it was perfect. This Inn was recommended by previous stay couple and it was spot on. Highly recommend as well.

We arrived late to this boutique hotel. The staff are friendly but the bar was closed by the time we arrived. We will come back on our next trip to Seattle and stay here. Very convenient, close to the airport and close to 13 coins restaurant, I suggest you take visit there. Their service and food is consistently good.

I paid the whole amount for 2 nights when I made a reservation through Trip.com (as the immediate payment was condition on the site). When checking in, I gave the hotel my credit card information for the security purpose (which is totally normal), however I noticed that I was doubled charged for the accomodation fee after I left the hotel. Please cancel the latter accomodation fee as soon as possible. Please let me know the direct email address to communicate on the detailed info of my reservation and payment. Thank you.

Hotel was built in 1987, renovated around 2008. It’s age has begun to show. Its in need of several upgrades such as bathrooms, carpet, newer more comfy beds, elevators, lighting that feels secure, more parking, & overall security. Not the worst place but its certainly nowhere near as we felt it was advertised. Still, staff was very kind, price was slightly cheaper than majority of hotels in airport area, and the hot water and ac worked great. Can’t complain there.

I was having one of those days ”all bad”, 4 1/2 hour delay in Long Beach, missed flight at Lax, rainy and cold upon arrival in Seattle. I walked out to the curb and flagged down the first shuttle bus which happened to be for the Residence Inn by Marriott. It was a short drive from the airport and it felt so good walking into a warm, well appointed lobby, with one of the nicest front desk individuals you could ever ask for. Armon was courteous, professional, and his incredible friendly attitude turned my day around. The hotel is like new, super clean and the rooms are spacious and well laid out. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Seattle area, and if you are fortunate to have Armon on duty, you really scored!

For what it is it will do. However the service at this hotel is very subpar and I was never recognized as a Hilton Honors member not once. Like that's the whole point right we stay at certain hotel chains and get lured in by accumulating points from our stays so a little acknowledgement would be great. Not only that the guy at the check in counter could not get the card reader to work as it declined all 4 different cards that I tried. He kept telling me it was me and that my bank or credit card company must have flagged my accounts. After the 5th attempt on the 5th different card it finally worked. Then another employee came around the corner and that's when she told him that the card reader acts up sometimes and you have to unplug it or reset it. So it wasn't me or my flagged bank or credit cards this whole time. Did he apologize to me? Nope! Then our remote to the TV in our room didn't even work and when we called the front desk they said they would send someone up with a different remote. No one showed. The hotel itself looks clean and kinda brand new but the poor customer service and having to pay for parking will leave me not staying here again and looking for a Marriott property instead where I am acknowledged as a Bonvoy member and the customer service is better.

Stayed here twice in the last weeks. Liked the hotel very much, friendly staff, rooms are equipped with everything you need, inexpensive, free breakfast, flexible check in if room available, nearby restaurant and 7-11 within walking distance. Especially the flexible check in was much appreciated. Did not figure out the courtesy shuttle to the hotel outside regular hours. Told us to call the hotel for the shuttle but my foreign cell phone did not provide service in Seattle and courtesy phones at the airport do not operate any more. Minor problem if you take the inexpensive room rate into consideration and if you figure out that an Uber only costs around 13 usd. Would not recommend taxi service because they charged us at least 21 usd for a trip of less than 5 minutes.
