We arrived at the hotel shuttle bus stop at 9:45 pm and contacted the hotel immediately to pick us up. We called the hotel 3 times, but 3 different hotel staff members said the shuttle was stuck on the road. We waited until 10:45, but we still didn't get the hotel shuttle. There were only a few cars on the road so late, so it was impossible to get stuck. The fact is that the hotel does not have a shuttle service at night. The shuttles of other hotels have been to and from the airport to pick up guests 3 times within 1 hour. It takes at least 25 minutes to walk to the hotel. There are almost no pedestrians on the road, only homeless people and black people to harass you. If you don't drive yourself, please don't choose this hotel.

The room is clean and spacious , with the essentials amenities which are very good. There is a microphone inside the room for us to heat up the food , so convenient.
One little downside is that the house keeping need to be informed 1 day ahead for making up our room which there is no sign telling us this information.
But the housekeeping did a great job on room make up though.
