The front desk service is very poor. The female front desk staff is indifferent to people, as if the whole world owes her something! On the first day of check-in, the key could not open the door. The room number did not match the name and could not connect to the WIFI. A new key was made. When I booked the room, I paid in advance. I received a text message from the bank and found that more than 200 US dollars were pre-authorized. The next morning, I went to the front desk to ask. The person on duty was replaced by a young man. After checking, I found that the room we stayed in was registered under someone else's name! The next day, I went to the airport to return the car and needed to take the shuttle bus back. It was the same woman again. When I asked her how long it would take and where to wait, she looked impatient. She just said something and turned away. I waited at the airport for nearly an hour! I will never book this hotel again!

The staff was exceptional at the desk and on the transportation. The breakfast was very good, as well as the coffee. The temperature in our room was too warm. The service made up for any inconveniences!

Room was great, and staff was very accommodating. We had an early flight (6 am) and they provided a healthy brown bag breakfast for us.

The room was comfortable and had everything I needed. The front desk clerk and manager were extremely helpful and friendly. The airport shuttle driver was efficient and courteous. I would definitely stay there again.
