The service was excellent. The front desk agent patiently guided me, a first-time Seattle visitor, over the phone on how to find the hotel's shuttle bus and the key to using the room key. The hotel is very close to the airport and offers free airport transfers, making it very convenient for those in transit. The downside is that the hotel lacks an elevator and the facilities are a bit dated, making it a real pain to carry my suitcase up and down the stairs.
