The hotel is clean,the only thing that dispointed me is they didn’t provide airport transportation to pick up me when I arrived at Tacoma airport.

I recently traveled through Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SeaTac) and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the bathrooms. As a frequent flyer, I've encountered my fair share of airport restrooms, but SeaTac truly stood out.
Upon entering, the floors were spotless, and the stalls were well-maintained. The sinks gleamed, and there was an ample supply of soap and paper towels. What impressed me the most was the attention to detail—there were no unpleasant odors, and the mirrors were streak-free, which is often a rarity in busy airports.
The staff seemed to be consistently checking and restocking supplies, ensuring that everything was in order. I even noticed a cleaning crew actively maintaining the area, which gave me confidence that cleanliness is a priority at SeaTac.
Overall, my experience in the SeaTac bathrooms was refreshing and made my travel experience much more enjoyable. Kudos to the airport management for keeping these facilities in such excellent condition!

I was very disappointed in my stay. I had called before my arrival to make sure that a shuttle, which is advertised, would be available to pick me up from Sea Tac. I was then told that the shuttle only runs from 5a-1p. I would not have booked this hotel had I known that. The breakfast was also disappointing the next morning. Coffee was cold. No half and half available. I would not recommend this hotel.

Super clean and beautiful property, was impressed by the lake view, king bed, balcony room I had! Had a beautiful view of the lake. The bed was super comfortable which makes a big difference for me when choosing a hotel. Property is also very close to many excellent dining options. It was convenient, well priced, and would totally stay again.
