The Seaside Oceanfront Inn

We paid a whopping 4 0 0 for a night in the parking lot, above the office. This space is obviously not listed on the postings, and deceptive. When I asked for a different space I was told “no other room will accommodate your needs?!”. Not to mention the entire first floor is under construction. Probably with all the money she is stealing from uninformed guests. Us, like others left without staying. She certainly has quite a racket going. Other lovely places to give your hard earned money. This business is dishonest and deceptive.

Nice but only staffed until 9 PM This is a very nice hotel. I do wish they had said upfront that they only staff the hotel until 9 PM because I probably would have chosen another hotel if I’d known, but they do have a workaround so I was able to get into my room when I arrived at 945 after my flights were delayed.

The location is excellent. The ocean view was beautiful but the windows were so dirty you couldn’t even take a clear pic. We weren’t told there would be construction going on on the floor below us…good morning to us with hammering and saws etc

Power was out and even though checked in at 8:00 PM, she never informed us until after charged. All power in city so no restaurants open. Alert of tsunami, so never even went to room.

Such a quaint hotel, very convenient to the beach (walk right down!) and to downtown. I highly recommend the Clock Tower suite; it was amazing, the windows to the beach were amazing and waking up to those views was the best!!

The location is great, they have onsite and overflow parking so we never struggled to park our car. They have elevators and secure access to the boardwalk. However it was a bit of a cluster at check in. The front desk messed up and put someone else in our room so we had the best room in the inn for one night. The bathroom was spectacular in the clocktower room but the baseboards were all dirty. The room we booked had very little space to move around and while there is an ocean view there are no balconies and no windows opened. The jetted tub looked great but once you ran the jets the water took on a brown film and left a ring in the tub. Advised the front desk of this issue when we checked out and they apologized but thats it. There were no door hangera for daily cleaning or do not disturb and im not sure they actually do daily cleaning. I wouldn't stay again mainly due to the lack of space and no open air access but it wasn't too bad and I"m sure other people would enjoy it.
