This place is great if you love bright lights and loud noises all night long. It sounds like the rides are coming through your walls. The pictures are deceiving because these rooms are very dated and smell musty. The pool wasn’t vacuumed during the weekend (the busiest time) so there was a lot of sand and floating hairs and pieces of foam from the swimming tubes. There are no smoking signs posted but everyone including the workers were smoking on the premises. Finally, I forgot the beach tags were attached to our swim bag, got a call from the office, so I turned around and took them back only to be charged $150 for the tags that I returned and was hung up on when I called about getting my money back.

The Aztec is beautifully situated for easy access to the boardwalk and the ocean. It has a very nice pool and the room showers are fantastic. We thoroughly enjoy staying at the Aztec year after year. The front desk personnel are friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable about the area.

Clean rooms great service. Nice ocean view and ice cold air conditioners. The sheets were soft and the pillows were fluffy. My son had a lot of fun at the pool

My husband and I absolutely loved the Aztec. The staff was super friendly and our rooms were clean. Also can’t beat the location right on the boardwalk. Looking forward to coming back again soon to celebrate our anniversary.
