The rooms were clean. The hallways were clean. The entry was warm and inviting. Most of the clerks were very sweet and kind. The problem was on Saturday morning and on Sunday morning. The coffee had ran out and no one refilled it. Breakfast was good except for the butter was too hard to melt. We had to put it in the microwave on the waffle. The butter can sit out so it’ll be soft.

They had poor/ limited breakfast choices. The coffee was cold or none at all. The hot tub was broke. Hotel smell funny. Often couldn't find anybody at front desk..

The room and bathroom were new looking, spacious and clean. It was just as nice if not nicer than some hotels I've stayed at for two or three times the price. Check in was quick and desk staff very friendly. Delma did a great job at breakfast keeping everything stocked and even offered to go get a high chair for us out of the closet for our 10 mo old even though she was already quite busy. On our second morning we just missed breakfast since it ends at 9 on weekdays instead of 10 and we came in around 9:20. The lady there (I wish I had her name) offered to get more waffle mix made since the dispenser was empty. We thanked her but said we could just make do with the stuff already out since we were late to breakfast. She opened the dispenser to prep for cleaning and said there was probably enough for a waffle still in there, filled up a cup and started cooking one for us. We felt very welcome and will certainly return if at all possible. Highly recommend!

The room was definitely clean, beds were very comfortable, the size of the room was very exceptablde. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was very good! Pool was great. overall we loved our stay will most definitely stay again. The only thing I saw about the room was the tv in front of the couch wouldn’t stay on it kept kicking off but that was it. Tother than that it was a wonderful time and place.

No phone connection needed another one. Had to ring the bell each time I came to the front office. Maintenance fixed the phone and then the A/C had a problem. The gym had broken equipment. The pool needed to be cleaned. I had to go find maids at 3pm to make the beds and take the trash out. they didn't touch the dirty towels why not?? or clean the tub area. ???

Very clean hotel. Great mattress, AC, linens and staff. Breakfast was good too! Highly recommend. Arrived around midnight, check in was easy. Room was great. Slept great.

The room was very spacious and beautifully decorated. We especially loved the sound proofing because of the proximity of the freeway. The beds are new and comfortable. The pool is refreshing and the breakfast is amazing. The staff is friendly and accommodating.
