It is close to Seal Beach, Long Beach, and close to Boeing Seal Beach. There are Starbucks, Subway, and other restaurants in front of the hotel. The hotel does not provide water as standard. I think it would be more helpful for business trips if I had a single room.

This is a very serviceable hotel. Little out-of-the-way, but plenty of places to eat and much to do close by. Reasonable rates, not a bad place to stay at all. Make sure and ask for a room that’s far away from the elevators! As this is a industrial corner, it can be quite noisy with all the traffic coming up and down.

We've stayed here a number of times over the past couple years. It's disappointing to see a nice place decline over time. The front desk staff during our most recent stay (February 23) were lacking basic courtesy: greeting and welcoming a guest at check-in, and thanking them for their business at check-out. Remember the days when front desk staff were actively engaged and greeted customers when entering and exiting the hotel lobby? Apparently those days are over at this Hampton facility. The room cleanliness was decent, but the bathroom was showing signs of wear and tear. At the prices being charged post-pandemic, I was expecting a good quality hotel and experience. This was so-so, and I suspect when we visit family in the area again, we'll look for a different place to stay. It was nice for the past few years, but I would no longer recommend this location.

The price was what caught my attention and what caused me to book the hotel. It was clean the staff was friendly and it was 26 minutes from the Cruise Terminal at Long Beach. I wasn’t sure if location was going to be an issue but it was fine.

Wonderful hotel. Facilities were clean, spacious, and modern. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast bar was excellent with different options each day. Good location. Would definitely stay here again and definitely recommend.

Everything about our stay was fabulous! Close to the Pike, great complementary breakfast and great room. Also, great pool, and jacuzzi. I am actually planning another trip and will be staying again. I am looking forward to it.

Everything was great. Staff on check in room pool. My only issue was the country’s television provider issues and maybe the lack of choice at the free breakfast but hey the breakfast is the only fault of the hotel and it’s free so you take it 🤙 and it wasn’t cheap but it’s LA and I didn’t look around 🤷♂️

i was there with my boss he kept requesting a new room every day and they just kept lying to him, the biggest problemwas a sewer like smell coming from the sink, the Manager (Mrs. Bautista & Mr. Thomas) said they were going to give me a new room and never did it was very horrible some guests said they were experiencing the same.

My wife and I had the displeasure of staying at the Hampton Inn in Seal Beach on the evening of May 20, 2023. We originally booked our stay for four nights, but due to unsanitary conditions in the hotel room we checked out on Sunday, May 21, 2023. After waking up on Sunday morning, we inadvertently moved the blanket and top sheet only to find blood stains embedded in the lower portion of the fitted sheet as well as possibly feces. Upon seeing this on Sunday morning, I went downstairs to the lobby and requested to speak with the manager on duty. Since it was a Sunday, I was informed there was no manager on duty. I requested they contact the manager who will be in charge on Monday to explain the situation we experienced. They did not perform this request. As you can appreciate, we immediately went back to the room and packed our clothing and checked out. On Monday, I left a voicemail for the manager, urging her to contact me. Rather than engaging with me directly, I received an email from the manager advising she was made aware of the situation. Further, the manager asked if this was somehow and in a roundabout way was this situation my fault. Can you believe the gall of this person? I informed the manager via email response we checked into another hotel nearby. After calling the hotel and leaving 2 voicemail messages to speak with the general manager, both calls were neglected. I was relegated to 2 options: (a) continue with the accusatory email strings from the general manager; (b) go back in person to introduce myself and speak with the general manager. I opted to do both. Of course upon my return to the property the manager had just ‘stepped out’. I again left my telephone number and again never received a telephone response. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the hotel stay due to the unsatisfactory and unsanitary condition of the bed.
