The two best features of Sunset beach is the fact that it is one of the widest beaches in southern California. Seal Beach Green is great for walking, exercising or just sitting and enjoying the amazing ocean view. Since the beach is so wide and there are no beach vendors or buildings the sunset looks amazing. Seal Beach is truly one of California’s gems. Typical local entertainment includes romantic beach walks, swimming, surfing, surf-fishing, bicycle riding, sunbathing, reading, relaxing, great restaurants and coffee houses, and just about any other fun activity that one can dream up.

This home is equipped with a noise/decibel sensor located outside the building to monitor sustained noise levels leaving the home. Should an alert be sent due to continuous loud noise and/or neighbor complaints, renters will be subject to a fee/fines, loss of deposit, and/or eviction without refund. If police are summoned to home to any reason, renter will be subject to a fee/fines, loss of deposit, and/or eviction without refund.
House parties, large gatherings exceeding occupancy limits and/or any type of entertainment are STRICTLY PROHIBITED and grounds for immediate eviction, with loss of rent and/or forfeiture of security deposit. Home has a permitted occupancy limit of 10 persons. Renters can be subject to additional fee of $200.00 per person per day/night for renters who exceed maximum occupancy of 10 guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit and falsify occupancy information at the time of reservation are subject to additional fees/fines listed above, loss of deposit and/or eviction without refund.
***Important***……Fireworks, any type of fire and/or fire pits, are strictly prohibited on the property and beach serving as grounds for immediate eviction and/or forfeiture of security deposit. Seal Beach prohibits dogs on beach. This home is a "No-Pet" home. Guests who bring pets without written consent from owner will be subject to a fee/fines, loss of deposit, and/or eviction without refund.
Checkout time is no later than 10am on day you are scheduled to depart. Staff must be able to enter home at 10am. If you do not vacate premises on time, you may be charged for one (1) additional night‘s stay. Prior to checkout, please leave home in condition which it was found, including removing ALL food items from refrigerator and pantry, cleaning and putting away any used cookware plates, cups, utilizes, etc. Beds may be left unmade, with sheets and pillowcases left on bed. Should home not be left in the condition in which it was found, aside from bedding and towels, additional charges may apply or be deducted from security deposits. Before leaving, set thermostat(s) OFF and make sure all doors and windows are locked and shut. We will not be liable or responsible for personal items left behind, lost or stolen. If contract terms and provisions are met, your deposit will be returned to you within thirty (14) days of your departure through the booking platform.
