Was an above average stay at the hotel as we were there for a wedding. Some of the staff were helpful to load up our cars when we were going off for the Wedding. Signage to the hotel was a little difficult to see from the road and you may need to take a loop to reach back.

Ctrip had obviously already deducted the room fee, but when they arrived at the front desk, they still wanted to deduct US$138. They showed Ctrip's order and payment information and they also wanted to deduct it. They said it was a deposit. It was 12 o'clock in the middle of the night when they arrived at the hotel, and they didn't bother to argue. As a result, they checked the credit card information two days later. The deposit actually turned into the room fee. When I went to Ctrip, I was given the recommendation of 265. It felt like it was just a shady store.

Stayed here over a busy holiday weekend and experienced major power issues throughout the hotel. The elevator, AC in common areas, and gym equipment were all down. I was traveling with my elderly mother who has mobility issues, and she was forced to use the stairs—completely unacceptable and unsafe. To make matters worse, the TV in her room kept turning on and off all night, preventing her from sleeping. Staff were not helpful or empathetic, and we were only offered 10% off, which doesn’t come close to making up for the serious problems we faced. The manager was also not on site during this time, leaving no one to properly address guest concerns. Extremely disappointed—this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.

We’ve been here before the renovations. I was pleasantly surprised I love the updates. Breakfast could be a little better but it’s a free breakfast with eggs and all so can’t really complain.

Nice location, near shops and restaurants. About 20min from beach. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Nice pool. Friendly staff.
