What a wonderful place to stay! My husband and I stayed for 2 nights in the 'Owls' Retreat'. It was great to have the extra space and we loved the little touches such as fresh milk in the fridge and a piece of cake upon arrival. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. All of the team were super helpful and Hannah is a fountain of knowledge regarding the local area. We will definitely stay at Dairy Barns B & B again.

Stayed in a larger room, which was enormous. Very big and comfortable bed, luxury bathroom, lovely living area and a little courtyard. The room was very clean and well equipped. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. We received a very warm welcome and were well looked after. The pictures on the website don’t do the rooms justice as they really are lovely

Had our wedding ceremony here mid week Amazing place Hannah the owner was exceptional Food was amazing Wouldn’t change a thing The dairy barns is amazing exceptionally clean and as we hired all the rooms out we had the whole place to ourselves and so close to the beaches

Just got back from an excellent 2 night stay, our room, The Barn Owl, had plenty of room and was spotless, there is no phone signal, but the very good free WiFi means you can use WiFi calling so the lack of signal is not an issue. A lovely cooked breakfast sets you up for the day and Hannah is brilliant host, always willing to offer advice on the best places to go, which was particularly helpful when a planned boat was cancelled, she suggested a great alternative. We are planning to return in the spring. Highly recommend

My husband and I stayed here for one night in Swallows Nest. A beautiful setting with our own outside patio. The breakfast in the main barn was lovely as were the staff who served us. The Barns are near to the sea which we love. If in the area again we would definitely rebook.

We had a warm welcome from Hannah and she took us to our room, Dahlia, which was large and had plenty of storage space. Mobile phone service is very poor so we had to drive to the Greyhound pub to book our meal. Because the Dairy barns is quite isolated there aren’t any phone transmitters nearby but Wi Fi was excellent . The shower was very good and there were plenty of towels. Breakfast was served in the lovely barn and was delicious. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

A beautiful b&b, this is our 3rd or 4th visit and, as usual, had a wonderful stay. On this occasion, I had my 8 year old son and my mum with me. Stayed in the Barn Owl room, which was perfect for our needs. The breakfast was delicious, fresh and hot, and nice coffee. The bath in our room was as big as a pool and ideal for relaxing after a busy day sightseeing Thank you all for another special break away.

A stunning location tucked away from the hustle and bustle of every day life. A warm greeting on arrival from Hannah. Our suite room from spacious and comfortable with a light airy bathroom. The shower had an excellent water flow which is always welcome when away from home. Great variety of choice for breakfast and don’t leave with out trying the home made waffles. Certainly has to go down as the signature breakfast dish. The location provides a superb base for travelling to the beach (5 mins) and into Wroxham (15 mins) where you can take your river boat trips.
