Lovely stay at Dairy Barn. Rooms are large and well equipped. So much storage. Bed very comfy. Host very friendly and welcoming. Excellent breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

Such a welcoming B and B with great room (Barn Owl) for the 3 of us. Hannah and her mum made you feel so at ease and welcome. Great location in the Norfolk countryside. The breakfast was very good and all needs catered for with the option to also have delivered to your room. This is one of the best places in Norfolk to unwind and relax.

This place is so quaint and lovely. Located in a rural village you pull up to the farm and you are greeted by warm people. Check in was really easy. The room was so spacious and cosy but I have to praise the cleanliness. There were small touches in the room like tea and coffee, fresh milk, cake and biscuits that were really appreciated. Breakfast - you order the night before and all the cooked breakfasts are fresh/local produce. You can choose to have your breakfast in your room or in the main barn we opted for the barm. From the staff to the premises everything was great and the location adorable, 5 min drive away from the beach.

We stayed for one night at this amazing location. We had a very warm welcome from Hannah. We stayed in Barn Owls Retreat - a lovely space with a bedroom on a mezzanine floor. Everything to enjoy our stay was provided - piece of cake each, tea coffee, fresh milk (in the mini fridge) biscuits, plates and cutlery if you were having take away food. In the huge bathroom fresh fluffy towels, flannels, bathrobes, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Extra loo rolls and non slip mats available in the cupboard. The super king size bed is so comfortable with bedding that is crisp and fresh. We sat in the private garden for our morning cup of tea and could hear nothing but birds - bliss. The breakfast barn is delightful, staff friendly and welcoming, Gill can tell you about everything to do locally. Breakfast was delicious and nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be back and would recommend a stay here. Thank you Hannah and the team.

This is an amazing B&B! Our room was lovely, the location is excellent - down a quiet lane just off the route from Wroxham to Sea Palling. (Sea Palling is definitely worth a visit for a lovely sandy beach and curious seals!) Breakfast was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for the owners who are very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely return!

We stayed one night for bed & breakfast in the cowshed. We were greeted by Hannah and shown the beautiful breakfast room, and taken to our accommodation. everything was spotless , with a wonderful bathroom and walk in shower, a king size double bed , with a welcome piece of cake. A coffee machine, with espresso, and a kettle with a large selection of teas. We had an upstairs lounge with tv and settee, but we stayed downstairs as we had a tv and facilities available. Very quiet at night. Breakfast was superb, with a big selection of yoghurts, cereals and juices, and lovely bowl of fresh fruit, followed by our cooked selection and then toast and jams. The owners mother was the cook and she came out to speak to all the tables and offer advice of where to visit. A very relaxing and wonderful stay thank you

This is a great place to stay, we stayed in the Swallows Nest and it is stunning. Everything is has been thought about for your comfort and we highly recommend it. We loved the breakfast the following day and the best local ingredients are used. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this accommodation.

Everyone went out.of their way to assist my husband who had broken his ankle prior to stay. Excellent room and breakfast.
