Ellen and James made our stay wonderful and easy. They were very thorough on the property information and local events. They are also very accommodating for all needs as well as great communicators. We loved staying at the property with all of its amenities.

This was our second time staying here. Ellen and Jim were great hosts yet again. Someone from our group left something at the house and Ellen reached out to mail it right away! We will definitely be returning next summer :)

Great stay
Ellen and Jim were amazing hosts! Property was exactly as expected. My friends and I had a great Memorial Day weekend and can’t wait to come back to their home for Labor Day to end the summer.

Great Long Weekend!
We just returned from a long weekend and I can't recommend it enough! The house is spacious, beautifully decorated, and has everything you need for a relaxing stay.
The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, and the bedrooms were cozy with comfortable beds. We especially appreciated the beach chairs, cart, and games.
The location is unbeatable – close enough to town for convenience but still tucked away for a peaceful, private retreat. The hosts were wonderful, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect vacation.
We can't wait to come back again!

Great location in a calm but fun beach town
We loved our stay at Ellen and Jim’s home. We were able to gather at the end of a long day around the table, or hang out in the upstairs family room and watch TV. The beds were comfortable and the location was great. We would stay here again!
