The workers are rude and the room service guy speaks Hindi and doesn’t have any respect and can’t read English my wife was naked and he barged right in this place is terrible I don’t recommend this place and for 80 a night this is terrible and will never stay agian

The pillows 2 on a king size was flat!! Carpet was nasty to walk on. One hotel attendant is very nice and helpful. Female attendant is very rude and older male attendant was very rude. One towel in bathroom for 2 guest ask for a couple more and was told no. Later male attendant brought us two towels but that don’t excuse rudeness

Our room had bed bugs. My son was bite up horribly. We found living bedbugs under my sons mattress after our one night stay. The owner did not seem concerned about my sons bites. He asked us what he should “do” when I notified him. I thought that was a pretty weird question and said I don’t know. He finally offered to let us use his dryer to heat up all of our clothing that had been in the room in the hope that would kill any hitchhikers. I agreed. We Went to breakfast, I researched “what to do”. Most websites agreed that he should’ve offered full reimbursement of the room and maybe even additional money to help pay for fumigation (what about my vehicle that I had to drive 2.5 hours home in?) and for the cleaning. He did not do that. Upon my return to pick up my clothing I suggested that the right thing for him to do would be to offer full reimbursement. he concocted a story that he and I had made a deal that if I was allowed to use his dryer that he could only reimburse me 80% of the cost. I assure you that I did not make such a ludicrous deal with him, which just sounds utterly ridiculous anyways. I did not want to argue although I let him know I was very unhappy. I finally agreed to the 80% so he got to keep 15 whole dollars of mine. Btw I never leave reviews although I do read them so I consider this review my social service of the day. I told him that I do not care about the $15 nor did I really care about the 100% reimbursement but I did let him know that I thought that a full reimbursement would’ve simply been the “the right” thing to do. Really just the minimum. So I guess this review is also to let him know that his $15 has bought him a very frank and honest review by me. If I can figure out how to post pictures, I am also going to attach the bug bite photos of my sons torso. Also, not only do I not recommend staying here, and I will certainly never stay here nor any where called the “executive inn” again I will never even go into the town of Scottsville, Kentucky again and I do not recommend that you do either. This is what the owners greed and discourteous attitude has cost him and his community. Hope the 15 bucks was worth it. Oh it was also dirty, had a faint unpleasant stench and dark hair all over the shower.
