Very nice place to stay. I wish I would have booked it longer and not that expensive.

Stayed here as Mayo Clinic was closeby. It seemed like a low class facility for sick people and ALL their families. Housekeeping was good/adequate; staff non-descriptive but will say attending personal could get out of the check-in desk and tidy lobby, check restrooms and water plants ( or have no plants ) .. Edward was the best person we ever saw for hospitality and help. He is a good employee. Our stay was two weeks.

Exactly what I was looking for. Clean, quiet, location I needed. Really nice employees (thanks Edward!) and breakfast in the morning. My only suggestion is that more coffee pods should be in the room (I only had one for a two night stay). Also, the cleaning supplies smell quite industrial when you enter the room, but I definitely went nose blind after a few minutes.

The hotel is clean, quiet, comfortable and conveniently located next to HonorHealth Thompson Peak Hospital, The Mayo Clinic Scottsdale North and City of Hope. My brother was in HH Hospital. I chose this hotel because of its location. I am so happy I did. When I arrived, I was alone, scared and very upset. I was greeted by Edward at the desk. He was kind, friendly, helpful and he genuinely cared about how I was. Through the 2 weeks I was there, he became a friendly face. He asked how I was, helped me with the madness of rebooking my room every few days (i didn’t know how long I was staying) and became someone who made me feel comfortable and not alone during a hard time. He and ALL of the staff at the hotel were amazing. The rooms are large, the beds are comfortable and having the full size fridge and kitchenette were helpful. The laundry room is a nice touch. I actually needed it twice. I will be back in a few weeks and I will 100% rebook again. I can’t thank everyone here enough. The hotel is far enough from the freeway that’s quiet, but close enough that’s it quick to hop on to get places. Immediately adjacent to the hotel is a Panera Bread, QDoba, Nail Salon and a few other services. If you are in the area, I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you Edward, for everything!

Zander, Edward and Kekoa were all very helpful in making our stay wonderful. This was my second time staying at this location and it was great both times. The staff are friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. The location is great for appointments to Mayo and there are plenty of food options nearby. Overall, a pleasant experience.

I stayed at this property for the first time in July 2024 on floor 4 for a week. I literally heard nothing at all the whole time I was there! I just got back from a 5 day stay on floor 2 and when there were people in the room above me, there was definitely more than moderate noise. Thankfully I only had to deal with it for one night. This is a newer hotel right off the freeway and right next to a Panera. There is an adequate breakfast in the mornings, very nice workout room and an outdoor pool. They also take dogs which is nice! There is also a nice mostly shaded parking lot right outside the back door. I would definitely stay there again but ask for the top floor if people above you walking like elephants disturbs you! The staff overall is very welcoming and helpful!
