Adero Scottsdale Resort, Autograph Collection

Awesome experience staying at the Adero. Rooms were great, resort has fantastic views and amenities, including an awesome fitness center. Special shoutout to Lulu in housekeeping who was so kind and helped make it a fantastic stay.

The service here was great. Special thanks to Loureny who looked after my friend and I when we needed some supplies. Get a room on the third floor and above for the best views from your room.

The staff made it very enjoyable to stay here. Especially James at the front desk way to go. Five star always goes above and beyond.

After making my reservation at the Adero I was a little concerned about the many negative Tripadvisor reviews appearing after I made that reservation. The hotel had not responded to any of these reviews which I found strange. Rather than change last minute I continued with my booking but unfortunately found many of them to be accurate. Due to the spectacular location, grounds and some amenities it meets the standard of a first class resort but there are so many other things that let it down. As opposed to jumping to doing a Tripadvisor review immediately after our stay I decided to contact the General Manager directly by email about a number of concerns. After 5 weeks of getting one form letter response and one promised follow up not one of my issues were addressed which tells me something about this establishment and its management that sets it apart from those that deliver on all areas to deserve a 5 star stay.

Nestled right in the canyon, Adero was just the relaxing and fresh resort I needed. The Spa was dreamy (they the prickly pear scrub), the pools have a beautiful backdrop, and the rooms are beautifully designed and comfortable. The staff is also very thoughtful and accommodating. I can’t wait to visit again.
