The hotel is several blocks from downtown Scottsdale, which can make walking an issue when it's 103 temperature outside. I reserved a room with a view of downtown scottsdale and got a room that overlooked in office park .Self parking is a block away. A couple of beers and a gin and tonic at the hotel bar was about $60. No draft craft beer . ..just bottles. The hotel was dark with a 70s disco feel. The bathrooms in the rooms were glass doors, which was a little weird. The pool space was nice, but if you want to sit in, one of the many cabana reservations are required, which may mean more $$.

Just spent my birthday weekend at the W hotel in Scottsdale, realizing after I left back home to New York, that my wallet was left in the room. Upon calling right away & finding out they located my wallet in the room. I paid $100 to have it shipped to me and $700 was stolen between the housekeeping and the security. No one else had access to my wallet. Very disappointed how everything was handled By the hotel, by staff, by management & security.

Excelent experience…… amazing hotel and facilities. Always really clean and welcome. Swimming pool is relaxing but not boring, really pleasant way to start our day. Full of good staff. Specially, Monty. Always nice and ready to help with tips and advices.

I see Monte every morning when I get my car and head out to work. He’s always super pleasant to talk to and helps me out whenever I need it. I see a lot of people in my travels and he’s always struck me as someone who cares and is willing to go the extra mile. Thank you, Monte!

Great hotel, the hotel pool staff did a fantastic job job and Monty down at the reception area was awesome. I should also add I misplaced my ear pods, found and safely stored by the hotel staff. Very easy for them to go missing, I appreciated the integrity of the team. Thanks guys...

Worst check in experience I’ve every had! Never made it past the front desk before handing my key back to the front desk clerk and calling an Uber to another hotel. I’ve stayed at W hotels around the world and this was a clown show in comparison.

Nous nous sommes présentés ce soir 25 août 2024 22h10 et on nous a refusé l’entrée pour aller boire un verre au bar parce que nous n’étions pas clients pour une chambre. Ils ont refusé le couple qui s’est présenté après nous mais les ont laissé entrer probablement pour une somme d’argent
