I love this hotel it's super clean and in the center of everything

I checked in during the hottest time of the year in Arizona, but the hotel made us feel truly welcomed and excited. The staff were always friendly and quick to help with anything we needed. Even though the hotel is over 17 years old, it’s very well kept. I was happily upgraded to a two-bedroom residence suite when I arrived. I’d definitely recommend this place to other Bonvoy members

Do NOT stay here, I am beyond surprised with how terrible my experience has been. 1. I drove up to valet THREE TIMES, and nobody was there. So I just put my emergency lights on and went to check-in. The guy at the front desk said “oh there should be someone there at valet” but there wasn’t on 3 separate occasions so I decided to self park… because I can’t risk waiting hours for my car when I’m here for business. Self parking was just another hassle with 0 communication or direction. 2. The lobby is stunning… but it was empty with nobody at the front desks where you would typically check in. I see a customer service desk to my left with a guy sitting there talking to a coworker, no biggie, and I see 4-5 check in counters to my right, so I obviously go to my right to check in. I stood there for 10 minutes till a lady was walking past me on her phone and I asked her if she worked here. She said yes and told me to check in at the customer service desk to my left….. why did he let me stand there for 10 minutes at what looks like a check in counter? Mind you, the guy was nice so I feel bad, but also… not ok from a customer service stand point. 3. Because I chose to self park, I asked if I could leave my luggage at the welcome desk, and when I came back, my luggage was out in the open with no one around. He apologized, but still.. terrible customer service ???? 4. I finally get to my hotel room and I walk in, it was HOT. Mind you, it’s 114 degrees in Scottsdale, and THE AC WAS TURNED OFF!!!!! This is a 4 star hotel and you can’t afford to leave the ac on for a guest WHOS CHECKING IN??? In 114 weather???? I literally can’t. I booked this hotel because I travel for work weekly so I was looking for a relaxing stay. This hotel is not worth the $, and I’m honestly just so disappointed. I would honestly go somewhere else but I’ve Ben tracking all day. Do better.

Monty was amazing. We had to leave abruptly and he was so quick and kind. He opened the door for me and everyone with me. THE BEST

My girlfriends and I came in to go to sexy Roman! Tre was our valet, he was very professional and sweet!! He made everything super easy and accommodating!
