Stayed a couple nights to be close to nearby hospital. Staff was lovely and accomodating, room was clean and very comfortable. I appreciated being able to order a late snack in the lounge and take a quick dip in the beautiful pool and jacuzzi.

This little gem is not on the main route through the city, but make a swing in and enjoy the stay! The bed was perfect, I slept the night through, no wake ups. I will admit, I was upgraded to a room with a covered patio, but I would have still given this review had I not as I had a patio that was not covered reserved. The room was clean, and had the decor of a new hotel. It was enjoyable to be able to relax and enjoy the pool and hot tub as it is open late! Stay here and you will not be disappointed.

There were a few things I disliked about this hotel, but the bathroom door is the one thing that would keep me from coming back. It is basically a sliding door hanging from a rail like a curtain. There is no lock and there is about a one inch gap that lets you see and hear everything in the bathroom when it is closed. Other problems with the bathroom include a toilet that doesn't flush well, soap that I thought smelled like metal, and a showerhead that had about as much water pressure as a watering can. The shower also had no bathtub and it was easy to splash water on the floor. The rest of the room was clean and had a very nice updated decor. There were a lot of outlets on the nightstand. The room also has a microwave and refrigerator. The television did not have streaming capabilities and the sound was not very good. They had a breakfast buffet, but it costs $10 a person and we did not try it. We did not get a chance to use the pool, but I liked how it had the grassy area next to it. Checkout was at noon, which gave us a little more time to get ready than most hotels. All of the employees we encountered were very nice and friendly.

Warning! This is NOT a Best Western. Well, maybe in name only. We like to stay at Best Western hotels when we travel as we typically know the quality of the stay before we get there. We particularly appreciate the free breakfast. No free breakfast at Aiden. Major disappointment.

Best Western appear to be one of the better hotels being very clean and not tired. Good Location. It has very good decoration and was bright compared with many hotels and motels we have stayed in across the U.S. Water pressure in sink was frankly pathetic. We didn't make a complaint as great room location and didn't want moving.

Very clean room, cooler a bit noisy , pillows too lumpy but otherwise everything was quite nice. A big plus is that windows actually open, which is rare!
