Really nice and clean hotel very friendly people and a lot to do if you stay here

loved it!!! stayed for multiple nights!! feels so cozy and like home!

This was our 2nd time staying here, enjoyed the pool and bar as well as the 2nd pool area for the Grandkids. Did some putting but it was very hot so we did not spend much time away from the pool. The first accommodations we were assigned to stay in was not up to par we were able to move to an updated room which was perfect. Definitely would stay again

HORRIBLE PLACE, even worse staff. Working in a hotel should be for people who are friendly and kind, that extends to the people they work with. I stayed here, and while I was walking one evening outside my room I noticed a housekeeping worker sitting alone past midnight on a small little golf cart. She was distressed and almost crying, when I asked what was wrong she said she had left her car key locked in the workers office and the staff and security guard refused to help her, she had no money for an Uber no family to come get her. She said she’s a mother has small kids, and all I could think of is what kind of establishment treats people like that? Or is it just housekeeping workers get treated that way? The front desk staff was rude and condescending, like you’re bothering them by asking them questions. They think being a front desk receptionist means they get to be rude to everyone else and pretentious. If this is the way this establishment treats its workers then it’s a very good reflection of how they run it and I will not ever be staying here again, I will not recommend it and I hope they get some kind of lawsuit for treating their workers like scum.

This resort is kept in excellent condition and every single person I dealt with on the staff was attentive and highly responsive to my requests. all of the facilities, including the pool and the gym are clean and well maintained. Denis was particularly helpful at the front desk.

Traveled three days to get to this resort, was charged $207.00 in resort fees which is noted on the AFVC site. What is not transparent is you have to attend a time share meeting in order to get a portion of the money back. It is simply misleading. Resort staff told me they wanted "to make it right", and would call me, but I have yet to hear from them. This vacation resort is a bust.

Accommodations are very nice-the pool and hot tub are wonderful. Loved the poolside food and drinks. Staff very nice - Pam at the concierge in particular! Scottsdale has an impressive choice of restaurants nearby the resort. Great location.

The rooms are fantastic, like an apartment. Very clean and modern. Full kitchens. Pool is great. “Restaurant” food is not good, and closes early. Very friendly and helpful Front desk staff. Poor location, not walkable at all.

I am a lifetime Hilton Diamond member and have never has a worst experience at a Hilton property in my past 45 years of traveling. My wife went to get in the shower and there was water pouring out of the light in the shower. I told her not to get in there as she could be electrocuted. I reported this to the staff and no one looked at it . I went back to the front desk and told them this is a tremendous safety risk and after about 3 hours, they sent maintenance to look at it and the maintenance person said this was an extreme hazard and not to use the shower because the water was coming from the shower above our room. We woke up the next morning and there were huge cockroaches in the kitchen. We were supposed to be there for 7 days and checked out after 3 days because of these conditions, even though I used a week and paid for a week on my timeshare. I wish it would let me post pics on here as it is very disturbing.
