Tolle Zimmer, zu denen leider das unsägliche Personal nicht passen will. Sei es beim wenig warmherzigen Empfang oder beim vergeblichen Versuch, den 'Shop' zu nutzen. Irgendwo zwischen Ignoranz und Unfreundlichkeit changierend, scheinen sich dort einige Leute um den Titel als größte Hotel-Armleuchter im Südwesten der USA bewerben zu wollen. Und zwar mit Erfolgsaussichten. Dieses Hotel? Nie mehr wieder!

Hôtel propre et très bien situé pour la visite de Old Scottsdale. Le personnel est agréable et prêt à vous renseigner. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bénéficient de tout le confort nécessaire. Parking et piscine sont un vrai plus. Je recommande vivement.

Dated hotel… elevators are slow you get worried your stuck. Couch had stains, carpet was old. Air conditioner was extremely loud - kept ticking throughout the night. Bed is comfy. Good location. Walking distance to many good places. Staff was pleasant.
