Michelle was such a blessing for me. My family was going through a lot with my dad’s health problems and I had a lot of needs that I needed help with. She was patient, kind, and extremely helpful. She did more than she needed to help me out. It actually made me cry, because it was such a blessing during a difficult time. People aren’t that nice these days, but Michelle was. Thank you Michelle, I’ll forever be grateful to you.

I stay at the Hampton Inn at Talking Stick regularly, and it never disappoints. Eric, the manager, always makes me feel welcome, his hospitality stands out every time. As a golfer, the location is ideal being right next to Talking Stick’s 36-hole course, Topgolf, and PopStroke. You’re also just minutes from Old Town Scottsdale and great dining options. For the price, you won’t find a better combination of comfort, convenience, and service in the area. Highly recommend!

Worst place ever! After a very long drive, the room was very uncomfortable. Not pleasant at all, the bed is old and hard and difficult to sleep on. In addition, when I checked out very early in the morning in order to catch my flight on time, I had to wait at the from desk for at least five minutes before the front desk attendant came out of the office to assist me in checking out. Her demeanor was very rude, as if I was bothering her, and her attitude was unprofessional. I will never stay here ever again! Did not get her name, but if I could she would be reported. My stay was on June 15th, 2025, and was booked through my employer discount program. Don't stay here. Run to another place with better facilities and at least the slightest of pleasant customer service.
