Hotel Adeline, Scottsdale, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

Front desk and owner could not have been more friendly to us made us feel very comfortable from the moment we got here and our second reservation with them they were all the same cute rooms very big would recommends coming here to anyone.

We arrived at about 5pm on a Saturday while the pool party was on. I’m very glad we didn’t arrive earlier because if we did, it would have been very hard to enjoy the pool or the room. There’s no getting around that (especially when travelling with kids like us), and i think the hotel should make it clearer when booking just in case. BUT …. The pool party cleared out really quickly from 5.30pm and the place was quiet and comfortable for our one night stay. We woke up early the next morning to a lovely, peaceful pool area and free breakfast (delicious) and were provided a 2pm checkout at no charge. All the room requests I made via the Marriott app before arriving had been actioned and the crib was installed in our room waiting for us. The staff were all super kind and sweet to our toddlers and made them feel very welcome, which in turn made us feel welcome. Even the staff in the restaurant were super accommodating and helpful beyond expectations! Overall, this is a cute little renovated motel that’s worth booking at the right price point, but make sure you plan around the pool parties or aren’t bothered by them. If you get a good deal and you don’t need to be at the hotel or pool for a few hours on a Saturday, it’s perfect as a low cost, well located, no frills option! We pass through Scottsdale for one night stays often and we will 100% return again and again if rooms continue to be available at the price point we booked this time.

We stay here every year a few different times of year and every time it’s a wonderful experience. The staff is always beyond kind, welcoming and fun. Food is great (breakfast exceptional) and the speakeasy is a fun addition (weekend's only). It really is a great smaller boutique hotel. Highly recommended!!

Love the hotel but had some issues that never got fixed and not one person even tried to make it right. I called and asked for towels twice never got any the room I booked apparently did not exist. Also when there was a massive disturbance in the room behind mine and woke up my entire family I called and told them about it. Then an hour later I called again because nothing got done. When asked during check put if they were going to even offer anything for the major issue I was ignored and sent on my way.

This chic motel is a perfect weekend getaway for some fun in the sun poolside. The hotel restaurant Selfmade offers tasty treats from breakfast through dinner and a welcoming coffee bar throughout the morning. The speakeasy Straight Up is the perfect place for a night cap and the mixologist are as engaging as they are brilliant with shaking up a tasty cocktail. The pool is a lovely retreat though could use more umbrellas to retreat from the hot desert sun. The weekend pool parties were a surprise but offered lots of great people watching. This is the perfect place for a fun couples getaway or a fun girls weekend for a bachelorette party or birthday celebration.

This place may be OK Monday thru Thursday. But on the weekends this place is popular with swingers and is absolutely not family oriented. They sell tickets for $25 per person and host a "DJ Pool Party" with horrible loud music, patrons that are vaping and naked butt shaking, and more.....the security told me that sometimes there are up to 600 people that attend these events. Not customer oriented for the clientele that want to enjoy the pool ...might have been fun if I was an ASU student, but not a retired professional!! I agree with all the other reviews that the staff are nice, but I would never return.
