The sound insulation is very poor. The house was not cleaned properly... There was food in the fridge left by the previous tenants who knew who knew.

Rooms are beautiful and spacious but the policy of the length of stay that we were made unaware of when we booked here was a negative and made it so my boyfriend and I were unsure if we were to stay here again. Other than that the resort was beautiful

Hi, My time here at The McCormick Scottsdale has been great. Ms. Kate Monast has been wonderful to me during my stay. Her customer service is top-tier. From the moment I walked into the hotel, she went above and beyond to accommodate me and my needs. I will definitely be back! :)

Terry, at the bar, is the best!! He enhanced our experience 100 times over. We will be back! We also had a wonderful experience checking in. The woman at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend staying here.

anita helped us with checking in. she was quick friendly and informative with hours and directions for the restaurant & pool towels. the room was clean, spacious and offered water and coffee. getting any extra needs was easy when calling up to anita. we’ll be coming back (:

The girls in the front Kate bekka and Terry have been so wonderful! Iv been asking my kids daily if they wanna stay or go to great wolf and they don't even want to go they'd rather stay. Everything was so amazing

The experience was awful, check in was delayed and the front ladies were super rude, I was not enjoying myself UNTIL we went to the bar and was greeted by Terry. He was AMAZING! He was super friendly, made us feel comfortable and he definitely made this stay worthwhile. I highly recommend booking here just to see Terry!
