The condo was comfortable but in the woods. I didn’t care for the large whirlpool tub/shower combo with mirrors. The fireplace added ambiance, nice touch. Pool was close by a plus. Not as clean as could have been. There was a cobweb in the kitchen can light that I took the broom & brushed also the entry outside had cobwebs & didn’t seem that area had been swept so I also swept that. After mowing on Wed the person blowing grass off the walk didn’t bother to blow the pile of leaves off that had accumulated under the stairs. If I was paying HOA dues to manage I would not have been happy.

We have never been to Branson. We had a fabulous time. Bringing my clubs the next time. The villa was clean and spacious. The staff here was fantastic. They were so helpful. We loved our time here and will be revising in November. Thanks for a great location.

Came down for a weekend getaway with 6 of us. The villa was perfect. We shopped and bought food, cooked and grilled out. Enjoyed the pool and all of Branson. Easy to get to and lots of quiet. We are IHG members and love their properties. Room was clean.

I have stayed at he Holiday Inn Club in Holiday Hills Branson probably 10 times. I am always happy with my stay. The rooms are spacious, clean and the staff is excellent. The pool is heated in the recreation area and very big. There is about 5 other pools around but I always go to the recreation one. Beds are large and very soft. Quite surroundings for a good nights sleep

I was part of a group of 3 women who stayed at this "resort". We were put in a far away building and were literally the ONLY residents of that whole building. The first night we were the only car in sight and we did not feel especially safe. Why would we be put in what one of the staff told us was the oldest building on the complex when there are literally 100's of other rooms where people are near - and there were tons of empty rooms. The room we stayed in was old and the carpet and furnishings were 1980's. The refrigerator was leaking water on the floor (in all fairness, they did offer to come fix it while we were there, though.) The shower was inside the bedroom, which was weird when you're staying in a group of people. The bathroom looked like a crime scene when we used our blacklight on the walls and floors. This area has obviously not been cleaned in a long time. Next time we will definitely stay in a hotel rather than this place.

The property outdoors is nice but the rooms are somewhat different. I rented a villa and the pull out bed had blood stains on it and I called and they moved me to another one didn’t offer to move our stuff! We get to the next villa and the tile in the bathroom is shifting making sounds I called them and notified them. Travel celebrating a birthday but I was so disappointed. My child didn’t understand why blood stains were on the mattress mind you my son is small ♀️ rooms are very outdated. The kitchen has everything that you need. There is a grocery store across the road which was so helpful. The pool and fitness center is very far from rooms too.
